Today I am doing bee hive maintenance - We recently put sugar water feeders on our two newest hive boxes, so I am refilling them. Stay tuned for the end to see one of my favorite honey-topped treats. Sourdough bread with ricotta, fresh figs, a drizzle of honey and flaky sea salt!
