Becoming SUPERHUMAN: Unlock The Full Potential Of Your Mind & Heart | Gregg Braden

Check out AliveWaters.com and use code: KNOWTHYSELF for 33% off your first fresh spring water delivery.
Gregg Braden is back this week for a closer look at unlocking the potential hidden in our very DNA. He and André discuss the profound power of the human heart and the possibilities that unlock through heart-brain coherence. By merging spirituality and science, Gregg gives practical tools and insights for healing trauma, self-regulating your biology, and harnessing the quantum field.
This episode is a continuation of our last, where Gregg laid the foundation for where we are at as a collective, facing the battle between our very humanness and the development of super technology. Gregg now dives deeper into how we can use that human potential to optimize our well-being and live our most vibrant life.

I've thoroughly consumed both Part 1 and Part 2 of Gregg Braden, and I must say, this is top-tier content. But he did not said anything about forbidden book on Borlest about DNA, why?

The “soul/spirit” enters the body in full upon the “wind of birth” or the first breath taken. This is in many esoteric documents, along with gnostic texts but for me, Greg’s spiritual brother “as he says” Lee Carroll/Kryon has also explained this in detail.

At about one hour five minutes in he talks about empaths. As someone born hyper empathic he is spot in. I can read most people before they speak, the hard part is not taking on their suffering. Most people like me prefer solitude but we feel compelled to use our ability to heal and help others.

People who consider themselves as having some kind of power because of their empathy are just people who has traumatic childhoods …

I have been so depressed lately and today in particularly I just couldn’t get myself out of bed…. I laid there for hours and hours, trying to get up and then just feeling too overwhelmed so I’d lay back down and it felt extremely defeating…. Normally on days like that listening to something motivational I’d literally the only way to make me get out of bed…. And I’m so glad I landed this wonderful interview. You both are so wonderful. Andre, I listen to a lot of podcasts and you are an absolutely exceptional host. I don’t think I’ve ever heard you speak over your guests, you ask the most divinely perfect questions, with perfect timing, and your authenticity shines through in every episode so powerfully. And Gregg… dear god thank you for Gregg. You are such a powerful living light of deeply buried wisdom and the most pure love… so many of your talks have given me so many insights that I actually use on a regular basis, like heart-brain coherence and how to do it. I never would have thought I would ever say to myself I needed to check in with my heart, and I do it all the time now, and when I meditate (which is basically daily) I go for heart-brain coherence first. I don’t want to ramble, but I genuinely do love you both as family that’s as weird as I am, and I appreciate what you both do so so so very much. Thank you 🙏🏼 💜💜

I greatly appreciate the reference to Gibran. In The Prophet Gibran also says “I have learned silence from the talkative, toleration from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind. Yet strange, I am ungrateful to these teachers”. Gibran is highlighting the important fact that everyone in our environment, everyone we meet, the good and the less good, are our teachers. Blessings to all on your souls journey.❤❤❤

Hi... I genuinely sympathise with your Mom's life story and am personally going through the most painful and debilitating 2 x autoimmune disseases a human being can possibly aquire and have been bedbound for over 4 years. It's been absolutely "hell on earth" and I'm pretty certain it was past traumas that triggered these disseases following my serious accident ruining my right Ankle, back, neck and hips following a bad fall 17 years ago... My Ankle, Back, Neck and Hips so damaged but then I lost my Girlfriend the love of my life, lost my Carreer, lost the ability to walk, lost my cars, flat, hobbies, lost my ability to go out with my Son and had to sell everything I had just to survive... That's a 'lot' of traumas over just a 12 month period but I had an abusive childhood on top with violent parents stuck in a messy divorce so the traumas run deep. I pray your Mom reaches a point of remission or even better a full healing 🙏 I (truly) understand chronic dissease and the torture that comes along with it and so empathise with your experience. Xx🧘‍♂️NAMASTE🧘‍♂️xX

Part two was well worth the wait. Greg Braden is amazing. First time I really listened to him for that long and there were just so many valuable things and he's incredible at synthesizing all of it. Powerful orator. That was very touching at the end how he got vulnerable and told André he needed the praise after all the difficult times. It's good for people who are far along on this spiritual path to remind us that they're still human and still suffer. I don't know, I feel like there's something important in that. In this era of social media people that are on the spotlight (especially in this community) tend to shy away from sharing their pain and I think that disconnects us from an important part of the human experience and makes us feel more lonely as a result so that was sweet and appreciated. Very wholesome and heartwarming. Most helpful tidbit in there for me was the heart institute's tip. I put a reminder on my phone for noon everyday : shift focus, shift breath, shift feeling. I'll be giving that a try 😊

The message from Gregg goes far beyond the quality of science he brought to it, it is his empathetical quintessence that transcends it. Empathy has always been something of greater good to me, that invisible bound that attracts interaction, creation and nurtures evolution. I feel the same listening to the (rare) likes of Gregg. My life has changed exponentially since I started watching the Know Thyself podcast. In fact, there hasn't been an episode that hasn't changed my life in some way. But these two with Gregg Braden have been the most eye opening and life changing 4 hours of my entire spiritual awakening and growth. This has been the most impactful and fulfilling conversation I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing. I'm very thankful to be part of this family and community. Thank you, Andre, Gregg, and all the other guests that speak on this podcast. I'm very grateful for where it's taking me in life. You are truly helping people!

This is so true, i experienced a kundalini awakening in 2020 and immediately noticed my body started healing, not little healing, at the time i was using 1500 mg thc a day, after taking myself off 6 different big pharma medications for emotional and physical pain, at the time i had diagnoses of fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, myofacial pain syndrome, arthritis in 80 percent of my body, major depressive disorder and BPD, sleep apnea, insomnia, bunions, IBS, as i started healing my mind more healing occurred, stretch marks ive had since the 80s from kids are almost gone, just recently i was gifted with the wrinkles on my face going away and sun spots ive had for years gone, what 30 years of doctors couldn't help, ive done myself, not to put my information out there but to let you know what Greg says is so true, unconditional love can heal anything

I have followed Gregg for a number of years. I truly am grateful for all the good humans I connect with. You are one of them Gregg. Thank you and so very grateful for my life. I was blessed with a most wonderful parents. My father was a beautiful soul. He gave us life and a taught us to have an open mind. His small collection of books he owned and were for us growing up to read made me very open to all possibilities. My father was an avid reader. Visited the local library every week. In the school holidays he would take us there and allow us to choose our books to read. We lived out of town and my Mum never drove. We grew up running barefoot with little possessions but incredible love. Truly grateful for my 65 years in this illusion. Thank you

When I was taking care of my mother who had dementia, and also a couple serious health issues. It was very challenging. For weeks in my prayers, I would ask for patience. During the day, I did not feel those patients. One night while asking for patients again in my prayers I heard very clearly from a guide, I believe. They told me by asking for patients. the universe will only provide you with more opportunities to practice your patience. And I had an awakening and thought holy s#@t! I clearly learned that we have all those qualities and should be thanking God for those qualities 🙏✨
