___________
Aaron Doughty is a spiritual teacher and KZreadr, with a community of over 1.5 million subscribers, aimed at supporting people to expand their consciousness. He went through a spiritual awakening in 2012 that changed his life. That propelled a journey of self-discovery of reading 100’s of books, listening to seminars and going within to look for the answers. Through that journey he let go of my painful past, dropped labels that didn’t serve, and become FREE of much of the autopilot beliefs he was operating from. From that point on, he has felt it's his mission to empower other people to know that they are high vibrational beings that can become FREE of the past pain and past negative experiences. He believes his life purpose is to raise his vibration and level of consciousness and to help others do it too. He believes that deep down, you are also on a journey of raising your vibration and that as you do, it changes the world.

Regarding O ho’ Pono Pono, it so works-on all levels. I’m 70, so happy to see you younger people teaching these concepts within fresh perspectives. Years ago, I was hurt by a friend who left her husband and broke contact with me, her best friend. I was so hurt and feeling a victim of her rejection and judging her for this. One night after many months, it came to me to forgive her. But before I could do this, I had a realization that she had done nothing to be forgiven FOR and that I needed to forgive myself for judging her. I did this in a heartfelt manner. The very next morning, the phone rang and it was my friend making contact again. We are still friends. Great interview. Thank you.

Why did she break contact with you? Did you ever find out the reason? How did you come to the realization she did nothing to be forgiven for? Did it just come over you spontaeneously?

I once read: in a codependent relationship, both the empath and the abuser are narcissistic. Each are trying to control the situation, just from opposite ends of the spectrum. That definitely caused a shift in me when I was guided to that one I hope someone else finds it beneficial as I did.😊

I had heard Aaron's story with his stepmother previously, but today, today I got to process and release my own wounding with my stepmother. It was beautiful. I recalled a moment in my childhood where her Divine self was revealed to me and I went from just knowing her ways were the result of her experiences into compassion for her. Images of me holding her, loving her, forgiving her. Then the image became her holding that little girl with the love she was unable to give when she was alive. It was this beautiful image of both of us loving, holding, and healing together. I cried for more than 45 minutes allowing this relationship to heal. It was so beautiful.

I remember watching Aaron's first video and I remember him discussing later that he didn't even know how to change the title he just did it. I had always wanted to be on KZread and never did it properly. After reading about pendulums in the book 'reality transfuring' I just decided to take great action and start my channel and it is so true, when you show up for yourself and do what you want anyway, you break free from that old reality and that is when you realise, 'ready' isn't a feeling, it's a decision and the whole universe follows suit. Everything changes when you follow your joy. So happy for Aaron and all his success 🎉❤

Just within the first 44 minutes, absolute Gold. If you never listen to another podcast again and just listen to it on a loop, Life will change for you, because first, it’s changing within you. Because you’re increasing your awareness and initiating the change within you. So many excellent tools are given. I really appreciate him sharing his story. Again, if the first 44 minutes were looped, and you never heard another podcast again, you could heal yourself and expand your life beyond anything you’ve previously imagined. So much appreciation for these two people coming together and sharing this. Thank you.

When Aaron mentioned about his childhood and how they were deprived of TV time and other things, I very much relate to. Grew up in ultra religious home lacking in warmth and love. Father raised us in a disciplinarian manner and corporal punishment is primary mode of discipine. My mom most of my formative years was working abroad. Surrounded also by toxic relatives who discriminates us. Became a young mom at 20. Much of my life from birth to 29 is mostly survival. I never actually paused to understand myself until i started my healing process. when I did, I realized that my trauma is deep and also came to understand as well why my relatives and loved ones behave the way they do.

My vibes get up there but then sometimes😢 they come down again. I do have " techniques" like EFT and hoonopono prayer that actually do work too. I understand its a process and slowly the negative layers go away and maybe even don't return. Definitely a process and cant be forced or rushed.

I realize that the Spiral Dynamics color gradations are essentially just taking the shape of a spiral going inward on the Chakra chart. Picture, if you will, that you start from the Crown (Purple), then you spiral down to the Root (red), to then spiral up to the 3rd Eye (blue), then back down to the Sacral (orange), up to Heart (green) then down finally to Yellow, the Solar Plexus/ 3rd Density where we have been having this human experience. It seems almost as though its a system to explain how we came from higher mind to spiral into this reality/ 3rd density experience.

Great work Aaron! Your words encapsulate the essence of personal growth and spiritual awareness. Letting go and pursuing one's passions indeed allow energy to flow freely. Detachment can be a powerful practice in attracting what aligns with your true desires while letting go of resistance. It's all about consciously choosing your level of consciousness and belief within this dimension. Thank you for sharing these insightful thoughts!

I had let go of my whole messy life and gave it to Jesus. I cried for about two days and then forgave everyone including myself, and I was in tune with the universe so perfectly that I only had to think when I was hungry or needed money and a couple of seconds later I would get what I was thinking about. I was so happy that I couldn’t stop smiling. I only wanted to pray, everything else was a distraction. I also worked in a shoe sales department. People only knew me by how crumpy I could be, now they thought I was on drugs also. I never tried them anyway, there was no fear, there was no judgement, I felt very light instead of heavy. And I felt love for everything and anything

Hi there, About your story of ur mom carrying you & her having that experience & u saying later being told by that person about the energy being right & all! Well I just want to confirm for you that is 100% right, I have heard from my guides & other gifted people that the mother & baby soul have to be within the same vibration or close to or it can cause the mother to have miscarriage! It shows how much Vibration truly is important! And any humans that have suffered from miscarriages, just know it's not ur fault....sometimes its not good match in engery between the two souls!❤

Wow. So glad I hear this. I lost a baby 34 years ago at stillbirth. I carried the baby for nine months and during the last 3 my body was breaking out like rejection/ allergic to the pregnancy. I couldn’t sleep for all that time as soon as I went to labor it died inside of me. I had no other health issues. I was in shape and healthy. Never drank or smoked. Now these gives me an understanding of what happened. Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you!

Stayed too long, like you, it was not love but an addiction to the mental gymnastics to deal with them. But I forgave and now am high on life nearly every day. Insanely happy 😃

This is absolutely a breath of fresh energy… I mean to hear this form of expression at this level of knowing oneself is something that simply cannot be unnoticed. Ironically, or a sign. I found Aaron for the first time today on my KZread recommended feed with a video on a guided meditation for the awakening of the “3rd eye.” I felt something from his being that just felt different and right. This podcast episode was an answer to that innate feeling just moments ago. Aaron I’m looking forward to being a follower of your wisdom. Thank you universe ⚡️🌱

I did not expect to hear that but you encouraged me with your testimony to continue making videos on my KZread channel. Thank you!!!! Even though some of my friends and subscribers asked me to stay and keep sharing my gift of inspiration with the world, I felt like it was too much work to make a video just for a few people but I decided I would try to do it as fun only once a month when I get inspired without any expectations and worries and this way I can have more time to do other things I enjoy. KZread isnt the same as 8 years ago and every new KZreadr and even those who have become successful will admit that they struggle with the updated algorithms today. I guess we just have to have fun with it and see if the lottery will appear in YT studio :) Thank you again for sharing your life story.
