Yeah for me 8 hours is too much...better for 5 to 6 hours only with healthy sleep...when i sleep for 7 or 8 hour my body will feel lazy and lack of strength,become weaker and not motivated...sleep too much is no good your brain will start to become blurry and hard to focus on ur important vision
