My husband is dying. It is difficult to focus with so much that goes on around this....closing of our business, preparing our teen son, medications, finances, household projects to prioritize.... Even though I am much further along the path, I can wholeheartedly support you in what you presented in this video. If you work to establish holy habits, they will assist you later.... and as you go along, it seems to get more complicated. Establish your habits as early as possible, with your heart understanding why.

@@katherinelopez5923 you're welcome! a way you can start spending more time with God so you dont avoid him or get distracted is praying first thing when you wake up and then maybe reading 1 chapter from a book in the Bible and finding a positive verse you can remember throughout the day. I hope that can give you some inspiration. remember, baby steps will help you grow more in your faith☺️ (sorry for the long paragraph lol 😂)

​@chadreixun112 Yeah, similar case for me. I usually end up playing this game called Geometry Dash alot sometimes to the expense of my assignments and I end up regretting later. I am trying so hard to focus but it seems so IMPOSSIBLE!!!! 😭😭 I can't delete it since it brings me alot of joy, but I am trying my best to reduce the amount of timing I play it. As a non-believer who abides by Christian principles, I just wanted to say how much these videos help me. Thank you so much for this, this couldn’t’ve come at a better time.

11:30 I have two main pairs. Prayer and sleep. I always pray before bed. It isnt always a great prayer, but I try to make sure it isnt selfish, at least. And more recently bible and waking up. Sometimes its hard to get out of bed. But if I have my phone next to me and the first thing I do is read a chapter of the bible, its not so bad. My mind is already working as I ruminate on the chapter I have just read.

I don’t have believer friends near me please pray I can create holicentric friendships

I was assigned 3 essays and 4 tests and a project throughout these 2 weeks from my teachers. I got annoyed at first, but since I'm good at writing essays it wasn't that bad for me. But I kept falling asleep in class during the tests. Looking back on this now, it really helped me cope. Thanks man

im having trouble this kindi of situation and because of this i forgot my devotion, but now holy spirit convicted me of what im doing, that i must focus in GOD.

I was awake early parts of this morning and couldn't sleep so i was on my phone for a whil and recently been on it a lot, so this morning as i was scrolling on instagram to look for a video to fall asleep i found this one, and i knew God put this video on for me espresso because i prayed for something like this and how much my life right now demands

AH I LOVE THIS!! Building Focus, especially when trying to walk in the spirit, has been a continuous journey! I will say, utilizing IPhone's "Downtime/Screen Time" has been a HUGE help! especially as someone who struggled with lust, or just overall distractions, getting my girlfriend to add limits is INCREDIBLE! its very much challenging but its so helpful! I also labeled my "folders" with Scripture or Verses so thats been helping me shift my mind and anchor myself to christ! Romans 7:15, Romans 7:19-20, Hebrews 12: 1-2

This is so helpful, i have been struggling with watching too much social media, at times it goes from "ok, just 1 hour to 4 more hours" this made me really behind with school work so now i have to complete all the overdue assignments i have and its alot because of my lack of discipline before. I made a schedule Wednesday to push more discipline in my life, creating a better bible habit, meditating on scripture throughout the day and praying at times during my important task, and reducing my time with social media. So far i have been doing well with this and im just happy that God leaded me in this direction. God bless you all, remember that change is important and discipline is helpful. ❤

This is something i really struggle with. I really find it hard to be motivated to do... anything, really. I put off chores, reading my bible, interacting with loved ones, cooking, or even talking to God. Most of my day's schedule is watching tv, scrolling, or playing something. I feel like i live a life of indulgence to the flesh and starve the spirit, but anytime i try to change i just fall back into my regular unhealthy habits. Thanks for the wonderful video ❤
