Being a former ed tech employee, here is my honest answer - Most of the ed tech companies focus on revenue. They pitch the students in such a way that they either make student work for free / offer paid training / paid internships - these are of no use and even though they guarantee placements, it is not for real. 99% of the companies do this - they have a target to get 5000-10000 students every week which would make about 5-10lakhs profit every week. Upgrade your skills, apply through various job portals, company portals give tests in LinkedIn and connect with the recruiters (DM/ mail), customize resume for every job openings (add keywords mentioned in the JD), ask your seniors to refer you, aim for startup companies to land a job faster - that should help. Good luck!

Hi saumya, i am inti salesforce support /admin role who has some enhancement exp.. Total it exp is 2.5 yrs.. So i am thinking for role in majore hob designation in a different company..? As this support kind of role wont take much growth.. Wanted to ask what can i do to increaae the salesry.. I too had same. You can try negotiating with manager or leave the organization and start applying, if you feel confident now

Mam is it true that in service based company we get a 1 month KT even if we switch as an experienced guy? Means if someone who has 2 years experience in a company but it is not in Salesforce but he cleared the interviews so can he match the speed of actual work in those first few months in a new company with team?

Thank you for writing this many influencers are pulling people in salesforce...salesforce is not hot tech very important to understand. Also packages shown donot apply in 2023. I would suggest you to search in other tech also market is down even if companies take you they are also firing in latge numbers surprisingly this is happening with Salesforce related employees more

I come from a non-technical background (academics and relevant technical experience in either SAP or Salesforce administration and development domains, respectively). My coding knowledge is almost zero, and I have hated math since my schooling or college days. My overall work experience of nearly nine years is slightly unconventional in nature, too.
