It can be tough for admin but I am seeing thing pick up. There are a lot of developer roles that have opened up.
I got Platform Developer last year. For this year I am planning on taking App Builder since some knowledge overlaps and is still fresh from Platform Developer. Then I am planning to start studying for JavaScript. Hopefully I will be able to attend Trailblazer DX and a bootcamp for JS. After that, I have PD2 or Integrations on my radar. After watching this video, the OmniStudio Developer certification is on the list as well. Thank you

TDX bootcamp is a great way to study and pass certifications. There's a lot of buzz around OmniStudio I may start looking into it myself.

@@Walters954 none at the moment, 2nd kid is coming in a few months so I’ve got other priorities for the next few years :-)
I've been working on the Odin project. My goal was to complete the JavaScript Dev cert after finishing TOP. Is that enough for me to get hired? Or should I switch gears and start learning apex instead?
