I thought so too, but if you do the math it should be billions (ex: 12:32 624 million units at $80 should give $49.9 billion but it shows $49.9t, meaning they forgot to include billions as a suffix).

The publisher, wouldn't you know, is located in Magdeburg! And Germany uses long scale, but that makes their definition of "billion" actually LARGER than that of the short scale (which most of the English-speaking world uses) billion (10^9 vs. 10^12 or what we in the US would call 1 trillion); long scale's trillion is equivalent to short scale's quintillion.

You sound so sarcastic when you say "our hardcore survival cyberpunk office workplace game" but that could describe life for any number of your employees in these startup games. Hell, the Janes Miller in charge of story were probably just writing what they knew, a twisted narrative about having to work at a desk protruding out a window or translocate yourself into the 5th dimension just to get a soda.

I would unironically play a hardcore survival cyberpunk office workplace game. I mean, cyberpunk bartender sim and cyberpunk taxi driver sim are both legit games that are pretty rad.
