I miss having both Peter and Patrick together, so hoping with things getting better with the covid numbers, that the three amigos will be able to grace us with their knowledge and humor soon, salud!

I love Lyon. When we lived in Geneva, the train ride to Lyon wasn't long, so we went several times. The Bouchon are so yummy with copious serving sizes (compared to what many of us think about pretentious tiny haute-cuisine French food) and affordable prices. It's sort of the Chicago of France with all the pork based/sausage dishes. Something that's also really good, but not for those with diabetes are the brioches aux pralines. Lyon is also the marionette capital, and they host a light festival every December. If you can find a local who knows the old city section of Lyon, there are so many little hidden passage ways and pretty patios off the beaten track. I haven't been to his wine shop, so I will check it out next time I come. Too bad we didn't start blogging while we were in Geneva so I would have a post to share on this. We just have Chilean wine tourism tips, so it's good you're doing it for your viewers. It's a must-go if you love food and wine.

U can find Chapoutier and Guigal in US but they are also many more to discover...visit France and Rhône!

That 2019 St Cosme is nearly pure syrah, and I agree; little complexity but beautiful pure fruit. And it's very affordable. That was a fun tasting; made me thirsty. I love that French oui ('wehh"). I need to get to Lyon to visit Le Pressoir!

My favorite wine shop here in NY carries at least 3 of the bottles featured. I am thinking the 'Château de Saint Cosme Côtes du Rhône' and 'Domaine Pierre Amadieu Gigondas Romane Machotte' will need to be pickups soon, though I just went earlier this week. Thank you for all the great videos, Peter and Patrick are awesome minds to have.

@@luc5551 Hey, so the shop I made reference to is actually in Long Island City, Queens. Hunters Point Wine! www.hunterspointwines.com/ They always have an interesting selection and knowledge staff. A few I like in the city, Crush Wine & Spirits, Empire State of Wine, Oak & Barrell.

어제 코스트코 갔다가 (와인킹 덕분에...) 한동안 안보이던 생콤이 있길래 냉큼 집어 왔습니다. 직원분께서 와인매대 앞에서 대화 하시는걸 들었는데 하루에 800병씩 팔려서 빈 매대 채우기 바쁘시다고....

항상 재밌고 유익한 정보 감사드려용 약간 전문적인(?) 내용도 굉장히 유쾌하게 풀어내셔서 몰입도가 더 높아지는것같아요 머릿속에 들어가는 거랑은 별개로ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
