This is a beautiful home!

I'm thinking of moving down to Mexico and I'm just really surprised on how high the prices are I guess everyone's leaving North American heading down there makes a lot more sense than up here that's for sure

Yes, the north shore of Lake Chapala is grossly overpriced. However, it simply is a function of supply and demand. It is much more affordable to rent.

yea stupid high. If you are dumb enough to buy those overpriced homes you deserve it.

Just a curious question but do you think you could build custom for cheaper than this? Maybe without the Gated Community as well would be a little cheaper I'm in a wheelchair this house would be perfect for me a bit bigger backyard for a garden would be nice

I guess it depends on your perspective but, that seems a lot of money for living on top of each other. I just can't get my head around it
