Good question! I really love my food and the Mexican cuisine is so good. I compensate with going running and going to the gym
questions. HOA dues, Raquet ball club dues, taxes, landscaping costs, any other monthly or annual expenses I have forgotten?

Hi Bill, the average hoa monthly cost in the Raquet club is around 160 usd, depending on the size of lot, if the house has a pool or not. It also includes security, water, and the use of the common areas.

Prices have risen in general all over at Mexico, and that is not due to the expat communities I’m afraid. It’s due to a cultural believe that real estate is a good place to invest your money.
