Ideas: 1. finish attic into two bedrooms and a washroom. Add a window on each side of existing window for bedroom lighting. 2. close off tiny door from foyer into garage (garage doesn't have wide enough door for a car) and refinish garage into a studio apartment with new bathroom under stairs and a tiny kitchen. I did sketches but I don't know how to upload

The attic space would make a great small bedroom with a roof top outdoor space 👍👍
The attic is a drying attic for washed clothes- we had them in Berlin. Even the terrace was made for drying in the sun.

You could easily add a toilet and proper sink on the basement and attic and use them as more rooms. The lowest floor could even have a mini kitchen :) So many possibilities.

I love this home!!! It tics all of the boxes for me. Is it located in an area where they offer expats discounted income taxes? I keep reading where certain parts of Italy are encouraging people to move there with the added incentive of offering a flat 7% income tax for so many years vs. the average 26%. All of Italy is gorgeous with each region offering its own unique style. Narrowing down the location with taxes as a factor will definitely help in the end. Love your channel. Thanks

Once the trees out the front come into leaf they will provide wonderful privacy.
Beautiful un-modified and un-spoiled house Funny window shaters and great attic. Needs updating? What for? ^People tend to ruin when updating. You can paint white the tiles and that would be enough.

Oh wow, what a cutie! I agree with you, it has a great feel about it. It's not often that I can envision the success of making a place my own but with this one I can. Unfortunately, it's out of my purchase budget. And besides that, I still have 2 months before my Questura appointment and Permesso approval so I can't purchase anything before then. But I'm looking around so I can hit the ground running. :-) I think this will go quick and someone will be really happy with this one!
