Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today I brought a fruit jelly cake with a very lovely design.
Cheesecake made with soft sponge cake and unsweetened homemade strawberry jam.
It is also a design that stands out with three layers.
It is also easy to make.
I cut the strawberries into shapes, but when I finished it, it looked like the cake was full of tulips.
I think it's a very happy thing to do such a beautiful job.
Not only is it pretty, but the soft strawberry cheesecake inside the jelly is so refreshing and delicious.

237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)

[Mold size: 17cm(diameter)*6.5cm(H)]
♥ Vanilla Sponge Cake
[Mold size: 15cm round]

25 g (1/2 cup) sugar
7g Honey
2ml vanilla extract
32g cake flour ( 1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp )
10 g milk
10g unsalted butter ( 3 Tbsp )
♥ Unsweetened strawberry jam
200 g strawberries
45g sugar (3Tbsp+1/2Tbsp)
5ml lemon juice (1tsp)
♥ Strawberry Cheesecake
[Mold size: 15cm(D)*7cm(H)]
300g cream cheese ( 1 cup + 1/3 cup)
60g sugar ( 1/4 cup +1 Tbsp )
55g unsweetened yogurt ( 3 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
7.5g lemon juice ( 1/2 Tbsp )
5ml vanilla extract (1tsp)
8 g powdered gelatin ( 1 Tbsp )
40 g water ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
180g heavy cream (50% whipped) ( 3/4 cup )
♥ Fragrant Lemon Jelly
23g powdered gelatin ( 3Tbsp )
115 g (1/2 cup) water
230g (1 cup) warm water
75g sugar ( 1/3 cup + 2tsp )
15g lemon juice (1Tbsp)
♥ Fruits
Strawberry, green kiwi
