Hi. I already do that even reset the beats flex y my problem continues. my beats flex get disconnected 30 secs or less after the connection. They first begin with problems to answers phones calls but now they disconnected. What's should I do?

OMG THANK YOU! I just got a new phone and my beats refused to connect. The only flaw about these earphones is that they talk to you and let you know..power on/off...connected...ready to pair...Ughhhh I hate that for them. And having to barely tap the power button to turn them on. But any hoo, so glad you refreshed me on how to get in Discovery mode. Been 2 days in silence at work and it was a struggle. Thank you!! 🎉

My headphones' mic will NOT turn off. I've tried ALL of the options, off and on, factory reset, turning down the volume, reconnecting bluetooth (and even that takes a long time), forgetting the device on bluetooth and reconnecting it, and fully charged them. And they keep having static due to the mic being on. It simply will NOT turn off. Idk what to do with them, I hate that they could be 100% defective.

Soo my flex blink white when charging but won't turn on after being fully charged. Any advice? I've tried doing the reset with the volume button but still nothing. They're brand new out of the box

@swedishshortsnout5610 unfortunately no I thought maybe the charger was the problem but I've yet to find a solution. Also when they're charging it shows a red light instead of the white.

What you should have started with is make sure they are charged. LoL Because I'm an old technology fool. No one told me I had to turn the bloody laptop on for them to get charge from it. Worked perfectly yesterday, obviously from the existing charge they came with from the factory. I thought I charged them up. Needless to say I didn't and they went flat I didn't know you could turn them off either. Now they are charging I'm sure I'll have no problem setting them up again after the research today. Just would have been nice if one video could have told me a light comes on when they are changing. My son will get the next call to remind him I need to be told stuff like turning the laptop on when he tells me to charge from a laptop. Lesson learned I know now. Hope this comment helps some other silly old bugger. THE POWER BUTTON LIGHT COMES ON SO YOU KNOW THEY ARE CHARGING. hopefully that saves you a few wasted hours. And thanks for teaching me I can turn them off.
