My say to press the hold button for 5 seconds I’ve held every button down for minutes at a time still not working

BUT WHEN THE CONNECT APPEAR AND THEN I CLICKED THE BUTTON. IT KEEPS CONNECTING BUT AT THE END ITS CONNECTED FAILS 😢😢😢
