Easily the most enjoyable KZread game shooting video I've watched. It captured everything that matters from the shooting day. Please tell Sasha that I get fed up watching Dave Carrie hitting everything- his performance cheered me up no end! Keep up the good work lads!

Most of your subscribers aren't superhuman shotgunners either. I certainly am not. I makes that clip more realistic. And believable. That said, you pulled off some lovely shots ! That first drive was an epic. I certainly haven't experienced anything like that. Someday, maybe.

Amazes me how you guys make it all look so easy. The photography, the content, the confidence and the delivery. Thoroughly enjoy watching TGS Fantastic channel !!

Great video once again. I did notice one thing Sasha was doing a lot , he was stopping the gun when firing which put him behind the bird. Just a tip and like I was told years ago - Practice - Practise - Practice and practice some more. Thank you for this.

Fantastic film. First drive had me giddy with Jonny's head and Sasha's camera on a swivel :D A lot of quality birds this late in the season. Very timely as I was beating this weekend in Aylesbury. Great day out and a fine brace to bring home for my troubles.

I absolutely love these videos.

I also had my first beaters Day this year. I shoot target at Bisley and told friends it was easy to shoot a shot gun, you just point it in the general area and pull the trigger. 😩 I know just how Sasha feels. I hit one bird.😂😂. But had such a great day I've asked for a place in the syndicate for next season. I just need you Jonny to give me a lesson. Great video.

Bloody brilliant, and a great way to thank people for their support whatever side of the line you might be. Suppose that's the difference with the country. You work together not to climb above one another?? Makes me smile inside guys, and that wood wouldn't look out of place on the Dash of an old Jag ;-)

Sounds like you had a great day!my beaters day this year didn’t go quite aswell shooting wise shooting only 2 pheasants for 24 cartridges. But still an enjoyable day!

Johnny: As you get your eyes on a fast crosser, and then throw the gun up you may be letting your eyes come off the bird as you try to see the horizontal barrel lead too, thereby not seeing the bird well enough.

Some beaters day that!!

Hi John, I was wondering what choke you use when game shooting? I've relatively new to shooting and been watching your videos. I like the sound of a fixed choke gun as with my limited experience I prefer lighter and shorter guns. I don't want to purchase a gun with cylinder choke and it not give me the best versatility. Thanks Jon

As an American I love this and wish to hell I could have a shooting vacation just like this.

Today I learned elevensies from the Lord of The Rings is a real thing.

I once run out of cartridges on probably the best drive that I have ever shot! It was organised by TGS and I made the mistake of telling Jonny afterwards! 🤦‍♂️

The beaters are where all the real characters are!! But yes not very entertaining to watch although to someone who’s never done or seen it - some of the noises we make would make us all look mental!

I’d really like to see you review the video and analyse shot selection. I’m not a driven game shooter, but it appeared that solid shots were forfeited in lieu of hasty overly optimistic shots. In any case, keep up the great work.

But of a fit issue, missed with the first, put my head down and pushed through with the second. Also been on that Miroku for 7 years or so, so it’s a strange one using another machine!

You need a semi-automatic Browning that's just the American in me great video an thank you for supporting the Shooting Sports

That first drive was either special or they put you on a hot peg John:) I can only imagine how good that would have been earlier in the season! You might be a better shot than Sasha but he's a better camera man than you! Nice to hear him mention the legend Dave Carrey . I watch him too:)

A TGS Pro

Someone else who does not know how to shut a gun safely. Stock to barrels, not barrels to stock. It should be made compulsory that all game shooters buy and read ' The gun code' before going into the field. I know of two occasions where a horizontal gun went off accidentally.The first drew blood on a beater, luckily not seriously. The second put the next pegs wife in hospital for quite a while.

Nice video, and its not easy to film shooting and birds actions filmed took timed us doing rabbit control videos ,and its not easy ,look for east anglian pest control on you tube......

Not shot many on first drive 33 confirmed kills and an empty cartrige bag aprox 60-80 shells x 4 drives =130 birds 3oo shots not a slow day x 9 guns = 1170 birds and a bill £50 per bird = a £58500 day not a bad beaters day can you book me in for next year
