My next project is to sleep😂

I can't believe people call this "bad weather" or say "it's ugly out there"when it's raining this is the best thing ever. The sounds of the rain drops hitting the ground and the thunder and lightning mixed together, the glossy shine the rain gives everything, the coolness in the air, the smell of everything after? This is the most beautiful weather!

It’s ok if all you did today was survive! Peace and blessings to all of you who suffer with insomnia, anxiety and depression like I do. For those who have to keep pushing when you really want to give up, for those who’s always the strong one and does things for everybody else knowing they wouldn’t do the same for you, for those who are worried with how they’re going to make ends meet, for those who are just exhausted with life, people, your job, family, etc. Remember sometimes the healer needs healing. Take time to practice self care. Give yourself grace. Always protect your peace. As a person that always give to others, it’s hard to not feel guilty when I take time for myself but it sure is worth it. I’m learning to be more conscious of my self care, learning to let go of people with negative energy, learning to love myself more, and learning it’s okay to not be okay. To anyone who reads this I hope the peace, power and presence of love surround you always! 💕

Hello, if you are reading this, I want to congratulate you for coming this far, even when it seemed impossible you always kept your head up and kept going even when you didn't knew what to do, you truly are a person who deserves respect and love, I truly wish you the best luck and the best things for you, good night.

To anyone who's reading this. I know life is tough, full of sacrifices, full of pain that's so hard to endure. I know you've been through a lot for the past years of your life. I know you've been crying your heart out. I know you've been asking yourself "why?", "for all of people, why me?". I know life is really hard as we get older. I know sometimes we feel like we don't want this pain anymore. I know sometimes we thought of what if i'll just end it here? What if I'll cut these ties and just simply let go? What if I'll just disappear? I know you've been searching your whole life what could be the reason behind all of this pain. I know you've been crying while hiding at your pillows and blankets. I know it's painful. I know it's hard. I know you wanted to give up already. But look at you now. You're still here. Despite all of those thoughts and experiences, you are still here and fighting. Why? Because you are strong. You re brave. You are great. You are awesome. Everything happens for a reason and that's what everyone says, and how we wish we knew that reason. But even if we don't we still need to fight. Because everyday is new. Everyday has a lot of things to offer. Just keep on fighting and someday you will find the reason behind all of your suffering. Someday you will find yourself smiling and laughing. Someday will come and it will all be healed. I am no expert in giving advices to people, but we just need to be transparent to see peoples emotions, and so we can understand them. Stay strong. I know you can get through all of this. And if you're feeling unloved today. I want to say I LOVE YOU💞 YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, AND I THANK GOD HE MADE SOMEONE LIKE YOU. SO DON'T BE SAD❤💞

This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. Knowing that I can come here and openly express myself and see others doing the same gives me hope that the world will indeed be a better place but it starts with us. I've always loved the sound of rain as I lay down to sleep. As a child in the Caribbean the rain beats down on the roof top (which is made of zinc sheets), of your house and oh Gosh man, it's so, flapping soothing. Lol! Even now when I go home I lay on the pillows and I'm in another world while listening to soft music. Love this. I'm smiling writing this, as if I'm home in the islands doing this exact thing I just said. Lol! Life is beautiful y'all. Cherish it.

I want to stand there with an umbrella and feel the rain quietly.I want to fully enjoy the feeling of being warmly embraced by the sound of rain and the cool rain and wind knocking on my heart as if knocking on my heart,which has been exhausted from the winds and waves of the world

Perfect weather both by sight and sound to take a nap…….like the one I just woke from lol and then an iced coffee to blast me off to accomplish things on my to-do list. When my mom was still alive, she’d take like a 15 minute power nap and would say how ‘rain is delicious’ meaning it’s simply amazing. I also think a rainy day is a great time to slow life down that can go too fast. You can relax and read and take time even to write poems and stories if you like doing that. Mother Nature is truly awesome when it’s nice safe weather. (For anyone who is homeless, I can only imagine how opposite you may feel about rain and how it can make you cold, sick even, and depressed. I don’t know how to solve everyone’s personal life issues, but I always pray for everyone in the world to live safe, happy, and healthy lives. To have and live the best life we can while we are here experiencing it. All you can do is try to live the best days you can by keeping yourself as safe and healthy as you can. You can always start over and build your life up. It is never too late to begin a new day and start from scratch. If you have loved ones it’s good to try and keep in touch and close when you can. A family bond can keep people stronger. If there’s any family or friend conflicts, let the anger go. Anger or heartache can take so much energy away from someone. That includes a relationship breakup of any kind. Remember a breakup is never ever the end of the world. It will get better even if in the moment you feels like a breakup is the end of the world, it really isn’t. You are important, it will get better. Let anger go. Put your energy into being true to yourself. Love of all different kinds can find a person if they keep an open mind. Know that life is unpredictable for every single person, life changes, and again remember it will be ok even if in the moment you feel lost. May sound corny but it’s good to find something that makes you feel your most calm, ‘zen-self’ even if you have to close your eyes to find that sound or sight that makes you feel calm, you can always whether real or your imagination when you need to find peace. Keep peace within you and if everyone in the world did this, I truly believe that is how the world can find it’s way to all finding peace between everyone and not be so focused on other life topics that sometimes is just stuff that’s really not as important as peace and happiness of every single person

I love this time of the year but I also hate it I turn a year older and every part of my back hurts but I push though some how. I push through it for my daughter who will turn 11 this year we have been through a lot of pain since she has be born and we have seen a lot of good.
