Мне уже 56 лет, половина жизни прожита. Сижу одна в темной кухне и думаю, чего я в жизни достигла? В 84-ом закончила школу, в 85 ПТУ, в 86 устроилась в судоходную компанию, в которой проработала больше 30 лет. В 88 вышла замуж, в 89 родила дочь, в 95 разошлась с мужем , замуж больше не вышла, в 2018 впервые стала бабушкой. В 2019 уволилась с работы, вышла на пенсию и переехала в курортный город. В 2020 второй раз стала бабушкой. Четвертый год не работаю, нянькаюсь с внуками, дочь решила, что если я не работаю, то обязана полностью свою жизнь посвятить её детям. Кстати, она уже тоже шестой год не работает. Я вот сегодня задумалась, разве о такой жизни я мечтала. Раньше я всю себя отдавала дочери, чтобы вырастить, выучить и помочь ей устроиться на работу. А теперь я обязана отдавать всю себя двум внукам. А моя личная жизнь как-то побоку? Моя вторая половина жизни, как и первая мне снова не принадлежит? Вот такие дела.

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

Недавно решила перечитать Золотого телёнка, и наткнулась на сцену, когда команда Антилопы засыпает в случайном амбаре на сене, и Остап произносит короткий пассаж о том, что вот мы сейчас думаем, что это душистое сено и это вкусное молоко ещё много раз будут у нас в жизни, но на самом деле это единственный и последний раз, когда ты встречаешь это сено и это молоко и эту ночь.

This is how I relax. Even if I’m not going to bed, I’ll just lay down and listen to rain sounds to relax. It reminds me of when I was a kid when I would curl up with a book by the window while it rained outside.

Da bin ich bei dir ,ich schlaf seit Jahren sehr ,sehr schlecht und auch nur einige Stunden wenn überhaupt. Aber seit einigen Tagen wo ich mit dem Video schlafe, da schlafe ich 6 Stunden am Stück. Wünsche euch ein schönes und zufriedenes Leben.
