Flax is anti estrogenic? There’s conflicting info around flax. Some sources say it antagonizes estrogen and some others say it mimicked it and should be avoided..

Also fermented food also worsen pain symptoms for some endo people. So be careful and take one step at a time and try to note down the list of food you ate specially if you have pain. Pain with endometriosis is not just in periods but also with inflammation so it could be in stomach, thigh or some gut issues.

I am going to try some of your smoothies even though I don't care for vegetables. I am going to try all the different things that you have on your video. I'm over 65 and taking a mild dose of topical estrogen. Has greatly helped to ward off UTIs. Now I want to explore healthy estrogen rich foods. I am also on a strict post gallbladder diet, so no raw veggies, except the delicate lettuces and raw tomatoes. I can have everything you talked about as long as I gently steam the veggies. I had oatmeal with chia seeds and flax seeds for part of my breakfast today. Sometimes I soak the organic oatmeal in kefir overnight. Just had an extensive liver MRI and it is healthy. So I am focusing on gut health. What about organic tofu, peaches, garlic, sesame , nuts & berries, dates & prunes? Love olives & avocados! Thank you ~ Diane

I am 46, and had an awesome health food store job for years in my late 30's. I used to tell women who would ask how to lose weight after 40 to "drink 750 ml of water immedietely when waking, eat a whole foods breakfast within the first hour, and *never drink coffee earlier than 10 am, no processed sugar, and try to stick with one cup. Then two more nutricious meals, and no sugar, wheat or Dairy., and exercise at least one hour a day. Make sure you drink 2-3L of water, and 10 servings of veggies a day." I always told them to eat like they lived on a "Little house on a Prairie after 40!!" I started working in the office at 43 after an injury when Covid started, and began skipping breakfast until I drank 2-3 coffees, then had another coffee, and on top of that, ordered food every night, and quickly put on 40 pounds, and my calories were actually not high enough to justify that weight gain, but my age did. My point is, *I knew what I was talking about, and I am back to following my own advice 😂😂😂😂.

Caffeine was taken away from me, including chocolate, alcohol, red meat and most of the fat in my diet. Yes I drink lots of water and healthy teas. Also looking forward to watermelon this summer. I loved this video regarding estrogen rich foods. I feel my brain and body are craving a percentage of estrogen and this video helped me to understand the process. I am also drastically cutting down on any processed foods and eating whole/organic when possible. I feel good and hope you are doing well ~ Diane

My Breast Cancer Type was Estrogen dominance, with growth Size of 19mm was found. I am a Vegan and on plant based, eat loads of Cruciferous veggies, olives, Olive oil in Salads, Oats with fruit, berries and Chia seeds... upto a point i had Ground flaxseeds too in my Oats, and at the Hospital i was operated in Germany asked me not to eat Tofu and Flaxseeds... Is there some truth in this? I did eat a lot of it, and stopped. - I do however include Chia seeds in my Morning Oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and berries. - Are Peanuts bad too? I'm confused as some researchers say Peanuts are not good for Breast Cancer patients! Is this true as i eat a lot of them too. And one should never eat veggies like cabbage, cauliflower, augberine, capsicum, kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, broccoli raw cause they have tapeworms invisible to eyes, please boil, blanch or steam them properly before consuming

I love benefit points. But Immediately always think of a dozen of my unhealthy friends who will avoid these brassicas, cruciferous veggies, especially kale because they are goitrogenic involved in thyroid function. Another won't eat them because her doctor said the higher vitamin k will further thin her blood in conjunction with her blood thinner med (one of 20+ meds) she only eats meat and taters, no greens, ever. God forbid she eat greens versus take meds! Another has become "allergic" to everything over the years and won't address the fact that it's because she has systematically eliminated everything in her diet over 30 years thus eliminating a gut microbiome capable of gaining benefits from any healthy food and so just keeps compounding the problem, I think she's down to eating cardboard at this point and ages quicker. Another friend can't eat leafy greens like baby spinach because the oxylates give him kidney stones.... instead of trying to get the top 3 gut enzymes necessary to break down oxylates in the gut he just stopped eating greens. And so on... -- ok, mini rant done. Great Video! We must keep eating a large variety of the most healthy foods and listen to our own gut, heart, research and then our doctors. Hopefully Naturopaths.

  • @Adam-ie8ed

why the hell would you want to break your estrogens down? 🤨 aren't you suppose to raise diminishing progesterone to counter the extra unbound estradiol? many people understand estrogen dominance wrong your estrogen and progesterone both decline with age it's just that progesterone declines way more faster relative to estradiol and that is estrogen dominance
