Quiiickkk tip if you’re starting out MSM: start with a fresh trim! It grows your hair so fast but having to cut the bad ends off after all of that growth is heart breaking 😂 trust me.

I started using your beast mode hair care regimen (MSM, Henna, Amla, Fenugreek Oil) consistently every single day since November 2022. Since then, my hair has thickened and grew 2 inches. I also ingest MSM, Vit C, and Fenugreek supplements and have noticed my nails are thicker 😳. My nails never really grow long anymore because they were always so brittle they would break before they got long. But now I actually have to cut my nails and they’re looking healthier than ever. I imagine the same is also happening with my hair. I have no small pieces breaking off that I’ve noticed. I measured 2 inch growth. Also, I’m 45 years old and my skin has been looking so bright and youthful since ingesting the supplements mentioned. Bonus: with all the hydration in my hair, I was able to wear my hair straight in the rainy winter without being affected by humidity. I’m excited to see what the next few months will bring for my hair growth journey. Love and appreciate the content you put out. I usually go back and watch your videos more than once because I always learn something else new the more my understanding and experience with my hair increases.

Supplements are so underrated. I feel like it’s so much easier now than ever before to be healthy and to have goals such as longer hair and beautiful skin. Imagine if we went to the 1800s and told people, “take this powder once daily and your hair, skin and nails will be beautiful”. They’d think it’s witchcraft! But we just call them supplements 😂 how blessed are we to shrug off these things

Love this! A quick warning for my ladies with hypothyroid issues: you may want to avoid taking fenugreek as a supplement as it has profound effect on the thyroid mainly lowering T3 and disturbing T4 to T3 conversion. I use fenugreek topically in my prepoos and DIYs and it is BAE for me but just can’t take it as a supplement.

  • @jeanninegorden8142

I have hypothyroidism so this is another reason why I can't use fenugreek. It's high in plant based estrogen (phytoestrogens) and I have fibroids which thrive on estrogen. I avoid many things to limit my exposure to estrogen. I know the research and people's person experiences are mixed. But my holistic MD who diagnosed by hypothyroidism told me not to use it so I Iistened.

Thanks for the info. I am positive I have a thyroid issue but not sure which, so I'll just opt out of the fenugreek supplement for now until I get to see an endo. Initially my only concern with the fenugreek was not wanting to smell like maple syrup 🙊 I thought I'd read something about the sea moss posing issues for your thyroid as well. I'll have to double check.

I will be getting the Sea Moss as well. I'm just coming out of a long covid sympton that causes hair loss but the shedding has stopped and I was taking fenugreek capsules daily and didn't get any bald spots. I have started using your Amla powder and my hair is thickening up before my eyes. It's devastating to lose 60% of your hair due to illness/covid, but with hair guru's like yourself sharing knowledge and these ingredients you can recover your lost!!!!💕

Thankfully the new hair grew in big time and even curlier than my wavy hair. Still having thin ends, couldn't bare to cut them yet and keep them as protective for new hair growth. The longest parts are waist length now. I do a lot of inverted scalp massage, because that always helps me a lot for hair growth and I eat a lot of eggs. Happy hair growth to everyone 🧜🏼‍♀️💜☀️

I have brittle hair that is slow growing (an inch every 3 months). The only thing that has helped my hair soften and lengthen in the past is washing it with rain water. and even in city water in cities where the water is more acidic. I now live in an area with very alkaline hard water and since here my hair growth has halted. thank you for your content and looking forward to the journey!

I am ready to do this! And I still have enough time to make my carrot oil 😄 I was wanting to do this with all DIY recipes because I was being cheap, but I bought the recommended hair items (plus one extra) and they arrived SUPER quick. Plus, the packaging is really pretty so I won't mind having it on my counter as a reminder. I'm really excited to see where this takes my hair since I struggle with routines. I was also worried about the cost, but the powders will last for a while using them as recommended. I first thought they were one or two uses, but that's not the case. 5-8 tsps of powder per treatment isn't much at all, so if you're concerned about it not lasting, you should be good for a bit. The elixir is also 3.4oz and the bottle is a nice heavy, coated glass, so any essential oils used will not lose their efficacy due to light exposure or leaching out into a plastic bottle. 🤓

My family and I are in the Beast Mode lane, we take Sea moss, Vitamins with added MSM every day.We drink Fenugreek tea or take the capsules and other herbs for iron anaemia and hormones imbalance, Moringa and Red Clover. I am keen to sprout Fenugreek seeds. Farida we tried your Henna and Aloe powder made as a mask with the extras that we like to add to all the Hennas we use and can I say, '' This was the best mix we have used. Ok I found it was a bit lumpy so I had to keep going back and mixing it, giving it a bit of elbow but, after 4 hours it was smooth. We just need to make a bigger batch next time. Washing it out was easy and we used our conditioner to help with that. Our hair strands feel soft, look shiny, curls and waves are lovely and I can't wait to see how our strands are going to flourish. Bring on the challenge we can not wait. XO ! "

@@myhairsense Hiya, I put 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds in a mug, rinse the seeds off then pour 300mls boiled water over the seeds to cover them. Leave the seeds soaking overnight. Next morning gently pour off the yellow water from the seeds into a mug. Add 300mls hot water to the yellow Fenugreek seed water. This is now ready to drink. If you want to make a larger quantity try pouring a thin layer of rinsed Fenugreek seeds into a 200mls container, then pour the hot water over the seeds as before and let steep over night. Then pour off the yellow seed water into a jug and add enough hot water to make 900mls or more tea. This can be stored I the fridge. Fenugreek does have side effects the smell can ooze from your pores like Maple syrup. Another side effect is your breast might become fuller. Breast feeding mums drink Fenugreek tea to help them increase breast milk. So we drink Fenugreek tea every other day for a week. We have a break because, we drink other teas like Seamoss tea. I hope this helps.

Definitely going beastmode. Hope it helps with my hairline which disappeared after going through menopause. I already use seamoss. I use fenugreek topically and occasionally I drink it. But I'm loving the microgreens idea. Definitely doing that. As well as other greens. I use MSM. But I probably need to increase my intake . I'm going to go hard!! Can't wait to see if I get the results I'm hoping for.

Hi! I've been following you since the beginning and it has taken me up to this point to finally implement your hair growth regiment. Why? Because I've finally decided that I can truly accomplish long hair for the first time in my life. When it comes to my hair, it just won't grow. All my life and I am now 50. Most recently, my hair decided it was also going to fall completely out on the sides. This is it! I must do this regiment. This will be my first hair growth challenge, ever! I am very skeptical because I've never had good hair. I think I have 4Z hair. The worst on the scale. I hope to see massive changes. Thank you for your videos!

Hi! I don't believe in good hair or bad hair but at one point I did. Now I see Afro hair as very versatile thanks to KZread. I've seen gorgeous type 4 sisters with lovely long, healthy hair. When they style it with twist-outs, braid-outs or even wash and go's, it looks beautiful. I once thought that real afro hair couldn't grow long except for the few who were blessed with naturally long hair, but now I know otherwise, thanks to Curly Proverbz, Eugenia Kelsey, Earthly Ram, Indigenous Strandz, Craving Curly Kinks, 22nd Century Woman, Beneath The Weave, Naptural85. Keep on, hold strong, you will inspire everyone around you and more with your Hair's Grass to Grace story.
