If there is a "hyper metal" beyond power metal, Beast in Black is it :) I love the combination of electro-Europop and heavy guitars

I accidentally discovered BiB on Spotify. It’s magic when you accidentally come across a band that hooks you like BiB has. Blade Runner, Moonlight Rendezvous, Highway to Mars… and I haven’t even gotten to their other albums yet!

I discovered these guys the day my best friend passed away. First 2 songs I heard was "Blind and Frozen" and "Ghost in the Rain". Even when you dont think you need it, these guys appear when you need it most. Take a deeper dive :)

Anton Kabanen is the messiah of Power Metal. I love everything he's done and can't wait for future projects.

Beast in Black is THE group to look at at this time. They are so friggen good, Im not even kidding. Every band member is awesome and Yannis is just the vocal god at the top. The only thing missing in my opinion is an actual synth player. Cant wait for more songs guys!

Beast in Black doesn't release music often, but if they do you just know what you're gonna get. 13 individual banger songs that are all completely different, but are all amazing. Not many bands give me the feeling that I have here. Whenever they release something I know I will like it. Only other bands with this for me are Falling in Reverse and Battle Beast at the moment ^^

Insane compositor, extraordinary voice, unique artistic direction, perfect power metal solos... The finest modern era band :D

I´m not exaggerating by saying that I had never felt so hooked on a band since the first time I listened to I want out by Helloween 25 years ago. Not a single day passes by that I won´t listen to Dark Connection since its release. By far, one of the best albums I have listened to in my life! Long live BIB!

Beast in black was the first to be heard for the nightwish tour in Amsterdam 2022, and i'm speechless, It's sow good music, impressive , these guys are absolutely amazing

@@TheOpytimusEX okay then! I can recommend Grandball, Pyhä Maa, Kirottujen Karnevaali, Naitu, Rehtori… They do mostly in Finnish but have some English songs too. Amazing band live and they could teach Rammstein how to play industrial metal 🤘

Honestly i enjoyed BIB a lot more than Nightwish :D and BIB was first time i've heard them. It was like 5-6 y ago and BIB become one of my the best bands. :D

Same 🙂 Seen them in Dusseldorf on 1st Dec 2022 opening for Nightwish both my wife and I really loved all three bands playing that night, BiB is so full of energy and Yannis so endearingly over the top 🤣

every single song from these guys were awesome, both the fast and slow paced ones, its the first time I honestly like everything from a single artist/band

Yannis is one of the best heavy metal singers ever! So much talent and that sound damn!

Beast in Black shows the evolution that Heavy Metal needs so much for the survival of the style. Beast in Black is modern metal with strength, melody, powerful riffs and extremely well built in terms of harmony. It's the band that will keep Heavy Metal alive.

@@UnchainedEruption I mean that they insert pop elements mainly in the way they place the keyboards, as well as powerful choruses that stay in our mind from the first hearing. For me, it's an insertion of the best of pop music within traditional heavy metal & power metal.

It seems like this one is about Blade Runner 2049. Specifically "A killer of his own kind" and "In the womb of a brave new humanity" seem to be references to 2049 that do not fit with the first movie

When I heard it for the first time I thought this group is from 80's. And I mean it in the best way possible. This song has a classic heavy metal vibes to it

I KNEW this song has 7 times more views compared to the adjacent songs on Nuclear Blast Records for a good reason. This publisher AND Beast In Black never disappoints. This is one hell of an epic song.

Saw them this week in Tokyo (Shibuya) and this was the opening song. Blown away powerful song live. Great show! It's so cool to see them up close in a small club where you can see their faces and interaction with each other. It's obvious that they totally love what they are doing and the show is all about bringing metal to the fans at the highest quality. When I listen to this, I think "Wow, I really do listen to the best music ever made."

I just can't get enough of this song - I keep on listening it over and over and over and over to infinity - Beast in Black rocks !!!!!

You know I have listened to this song now about 60 times at least. I think the first couplet is about the best lyrics ever written for a song. I've unfortunately until now, had never heard of this band sadly. Soaring vocals, excellently searing guitars & bombastic drums. This is a band that I will check out and would love to see in concert.

Thank you guys for this album! May seem weird to some but it felt like this album was made for me, the cyberpunkish theme/bladerunner “aesthetic” of the songs, the MANOWAR and MICHAEL JACKSON covers! It’s all so perfect and you guys have easily become one of my most played bands
