Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
A step by step guide on how I often make my Ewa riro. For an intense depth of flavor, add crayfish.....No crayfish? No worries, simply substitute with smoked Turkey. Enjoy!

Great video. Easy to follow and clear instructions. Thank you, I’m Jamaican learning to cook for my Nigerian husband. God bless you. ☺️
Thank u for how short and detailed this is.💗💗
Wow! Thanks for sharing. That was so easy. I can’t wait to try this recipe.❤️❤️
Thank you so much for this video! I made this for the first time, but didn't let the tomatoes get reduced. However, it came out really nice, but more reddish than golden brown in colour.
I totally love this. Thank you!
This reminds me of the Ghanaian stewed beans "Red Red", which is eaten with sweet fried plantains/yams and fried fish. 🤗great video!!

This is lovely
Wow🥰I love it 😊 I will try mine tomorrow
Totally loved this. I’m a first timer 🙈
I made this tonight. It was pretty quick to make. Thank you Chef Lola. I used honeyed beans (oloyin beans) , I also used my pressure cooker to hasten the cooking process for the beans and I added my mother's secret beans recipe.

Chef Lola's Kitchen, she adds a bit of sugar to the beans and the taste is heavenly. I struggle to enjoy beans without a bit of sugar cooked with it.

Hi Chef Lola, I made this dish today for dinner and it’s yummy..made few changes though..I am from Goa, India. I used red local beans, instead of red pepper used green pepper and few green chilies, few cloves of garlic, anchovies and lastly fresh coriander and my family loved it. Thank you.

Which do you prefer to use: Honey Beans or Black eyed peas Beans?
@cheflolaskitchen

I use both (though I'll favour the Honey Beans more) depending on what I have at hand, but it's hard for me to get the Honey beans where I live that is why I tend to use the white Beans often.
Trying this right now!!

How long do you cook it for?
I just found your channel and what an amazing bunch of videos!! Thank you so much for all your work and contribution! I'm from Canada and I don't think palm oil is easy to get a hold of around here. Do you have any recommendations for alternative oils?

So i pre-soaked my beans and i have cooked this beans or over 2 hours still not soft. It's a brown beans (oloyin) and i have cooked it before without soaking and it came out well. What is going on?

Aww... I am sorry to hear that. I personally don't soak the brown beans because it doesn't give gas as much as the white beans.... I apologise. I should have mentioned that
Thank you Ma

What is the name (type) of the beans in English? 🇹🇿🇬🇧
Great recipe but can you tell me why you don’t cook the beans at the beginning with the salt but add it at the end? Just wondering! Going to try and cook this when you let me know the answer to my question. Thanks in advance and look forward to more easy to follow recipes

Not sure if you ended up getting the answer to your question since this was 2 months ago but she didn’t put salt in the beginning because it would have slowed down the cooking process

No Ayoka, you can use brown Beans.
@cheflolaskitchen
7 жыл бұрын
Sorry I need to add that brown Beans does not really need any elaborate preparation like the white beans. A little salt, pepper and palm Oil should do and a tiny stock cube which it totally optional plus it requires no soaking.
your recipe looks like delicious!!!!excellent!!!
