I got this the other day. Been playing around with it and it’s just not working, highest heat setting but it simply isn’t holding a curl at all, doesn’t even look wavy? I’ve contacted company due to 3rd party seller refusing to give me a refund due to fault. Does anyone know what I can do? I have copied this exact video and still nothing 😞 you hair looks so good!!

You’re using it wrong. You hold the direction button after 10 seconds it beeps.

THIS. Yes. You haveto hold the button down till it beeps. Then It’s done. Also you should thread it on the right side for the right turning direction, and thread on the left side for left turning curls. I’ve been using this item for about a year. It’s fantastic.
