I sooooo understand what you mean about the pressure of going into your 30s. I’ve just turned 30 and the feeling of needing to be married or have kids is fighting against just living and loving my life! The grief really won’t help (agin after losing someone last year), you constantly feel like you’re not making the most of everyday. I’ve slowly started to understand that it’s not realistic to be like that everyday so remember to give yourself a break! When you need a down day, have a down day! It won’t make you any less grateful than what you are ❤

That last one is a no for any occasion. As for the rest, they were, in my opinion, a bit too short for an engagement party. With such event, it's appropriate to pay attention to what family members would feel about such an outfit. Yes, you should find something you love while also being modest.
