I love mine! But I’m older and disabled. This is the only tool that allows me to make my hair look decent without burning me. Plus my hubby can use it on the back of my hair which I can’t reach. I do understand your reservations about it. You’re one of my favorite KZread people!

I think it looked really cute after being brushed out!

one of my friends got me this for my bday and i love it. i set it at 370 (what i would normally do for my hair, dirty blonde, straight and thick, with my flat iron) for 19 seconds and it will hold the curl for a day or two, while with a normal curling iron my hair would be straight by lunchtime. 10/10 would recommend.

I love the volume that it gave your hair after you brush it! And that's the type of waves I want in my hair so yes I'll be buying this now! Thank you for your review!🥰

This would probably be great for people with mobility issues...I also think it would be fun to use on someone else 😁 I like it!

I concur. My hair is naturally curly/wavy and a complete mess when it’s dry, I’d like a gadget that will give me nice and NEAT curls 🥴

I just got one like this and I love it for my long, thick hair. Nothing else, including the air wrap, creates curls that hold for me, despite me using a variety of hair styling products. This tool creates tight curls, but this means they also last for days. On the first day I brush them out loosely with my fingers, the second day with a brush, and on the third day I still have volume and bounce that looks fabulous. I love it.

I found this curler at Marshall’s for like half the price! So that was a big plus for me. I have to say for long hair this is amazing because it would take me forever to curl my long hair with a regular wand.

@@demonicreview That’s largely going to be left up to what heat setting is used on the specific type of hair you have. If the curl falls out, you aren’t using a high enough heat setting. 30-50° difference in the heat setting will double the result of the previous heat setting

I think if she removed the curler before the "beep" by 30 seconds or so, her curls would be looser, more beachy.

I love that style of curl...looks beautiful! Maybe I could possibly curl my own hair with this tool.

Here’s a tip I use to curl my hair; Split all of your hair into two parts, twist one side completely then take a hair straightener and press it against the twisted hair. Hold pressure for 20 seconds all the way down to the bottom. Wait for the hair to cool then shake the twisted hair out gently. Repeat on the other half of hair you parted. This takes less than 20 minutes and works for me very well. You should get perfect curls every time and you won’t spend $110. Also you’re beautiful Malibu! Thanks for the video. 😌

Twist hair into 2 parts vertically or horizontally? Is your hair long, thin, thick? I've never heard of doing this, it sounds too simple! I'm awful with hair but I'm going to try it out!

For thick hair I feel like you should do 4 different sections and then twist. And if you want volume you can do different layers.

brushed out curls look better than any other hairstyle I saw you having before. I'm sold. :)

I have this and I swear it’s the only thing that curls my hair enough to stay in my fine hair. Love it.

Now I definitly want to try this, but only if I find it cheaper at Marshall's.

Please please do hair tutorials (the videos where you show us several for “short hair”) with your hair at this length before cutting it!

I actually kind of love it, in spite of the price, no point in having cheaper wanda or curling irons if you can’t make it work. Obviously better once brushed out. Thanks for the review.

I like it! It looks easy to use and your hair is so full. I’m going to put it on my wish list.

I have this tool and love it! I can get bigger sections in there and brush it all out when I’m done. I always do my hair first so that way while I’m doing my makeup, the curls can fall, but this is my go to hair tool.

How long do the curls last?

Love how it turned out! Once it was brushed out and it relaxes a little it will be so pretty. Maybe 15 sec would be less Shirley Temple

Have to say that I snagged one of the Bio Ionic flat irons that you always mention (ones with vibrating plates). i already have one bio ionic single pass one, but at half off today I couldn't fight the temptation. AAAAANNNND, low and behold there was a video of you on Ulta's site using the tool, so bingo! Can't wait to try it out.

I got one because of your fb review of the other 2 brands..Chi was only $77 with a combo silk oil..on Amazon I love mine, I have very long thick curly hair and this smooths it all out..the key is to turn the handle and do a top row going back...then pull out the curls, so much easier then rolling by hand

Thanks for always promoting affordable products and alot of KZreadrs think 100 tool is cheap and it is not so the fact you think it is I respect so much because 100 for that tool is not cheap especially for not having versatility

I own this tool and it works great! I also liked these results!

I bought my Chi curler from Ulta. I used my points and got mine for around $50. I love this curler because I suck at using wands. The problem I do have with it though is it's kinda hard to do the back of your head.

Tie your hair in a high ponytail , and curl it , its easier to do the back since you can see everything better plus its quick . 💜 and your hair will look so pretty after trust its my go to since I was young😊

I have extremely thick, coarse hair that does not hold a curl for anything. I bought this from Sally’s & used a coupon figuring “what the heck?” This thing holds the curl in my hair all day. My curls don’t come out that tight & almost look like a beach wave. I love this thing!

My hair is thick as well. I love this tool. My curls last for days.

You should try getting looser curls or waves out of it that you like by turning the temperature down and holding it for less time.

I don't think that would work, it's the shape that she doesn't like. She usually go for beachy waves style I think when you curl the beginning of the strand then let it go of the iron by twisting and recurling down the strand you know, it makes a particular shape. Or for waves that are curlier at the top and less tight at the ends. You wouldn't have those just by loosing the curls up.

@@julzalta6466 I've watched a lot of videos on this and there is a way to do it. I just watched someone who wanted these curls and couldn't figure out how to get them. She has the beachy waves. It was on the lowest setting.

I'll get used to the buttons, won't even need to look at them, my fingers will know where they are after a few uses. This is my hair length right now too, which is the video i was looking for because i just bought this and wanted to see how it would look on my length. This is the exact look I want. Great video! I'm glad i bought one for myself. Hair curlers hurt my wrists and take way too long.

I love mine, works great and makes great curls

I bought this recently and love it! Maybe try standing while doing it. I have much longer hair and it took me less than 20 minutes.

What do I think of this tool? Well after you brushed them out... I think "shut up and take my money" 😋❤ I'm not good with wands or irons, the curls get uneven and I get burned a lot. It's so upsetting I just don't do it. This wouldn't burn me and has a timer and does the job of curling on its own.

Well Milabu....I must say I LOVED the result - when you’d brushed the curls gently through!! It gave a soft very flattering look on you.....feminine. Do agree it’s restricting though - giving just the ONE curl style for such an expensive tool. Great for ladies who have difficulty using tongs and wands but want a curl though!! Teddy UK. xx

I got one yesterday. It's was on sale on bed bath and beyonds website for 74$ and then on top of that I did a in store pickup and used a 20% off coupon. With taxes, I paid roughly 64$. Which is much better pricing imo. I really enjoy this thing though. I cannot curl to save my life. This thing was so easy. I had my thick long hair curled in maybe 10 minutes

I have very fine wavy/almost curly hair and I find that it just makes my curls/body a bit neater so it doesn't look like frizz. I have a $40 knockoff and forgot how to use it so I came here!😁

This kind of curler can be bought as low as $20 in my country and works just as well as the name brand. I used one and the curl has not fallen flat even after more than a day and a half (and I already slept on it). I also appreciate that it doesn’t make my hair look dry and brittle. My hair texture is a little on the thin side fyi (asian hair) and is normally stick-straight and not easy to hold a curl. This kind of device is a God-send for me.

I have one of those I love it so much!! My hair is also longer so their not as tight curls also I can brush the curls an they’ll stay for a couple of days but ik some ppls hair is just different❤

Really cute hair style

I love this tool.

I was a little hesistant but first of all when she combed the curls out it looked amazing! 2nd of (short story for those who care to read) but I wanted Hollywood Waves for a wedding but she ended up leaving me like Shirley Temple, even after combing it out, I spent so much money for a hairstyle I hated so I was set on doing it myself I’m not good with wands or curling irons so when she mentioned Hollywood waves I was like OKAY I’M SOLD this just might be what I was looking for 😅

I do not like the fact that it's not curling the part close to the roots, only curls the bottom half. Btw, I like how your hair turned out!

@@Milabuco I own this and it curls wonderfully. My curl lasts for days, but I do have very thick hair that holds a curl for days and days. I can curl my hair with this, wear my silk hair cap to sleep in, next day my hair is beautiful. I can go 7 days between washings.

can you not feed the hair closer towards the roots to fix this? I love the tool though, it legit looks like the only curler out there that is able to do really naturally pretty curls/waves
