I just bought this and it does work AMAZINGLY. Buuuuttt there IS a learning curve to get through. I had a really difficult time curling the back of my hair and the right side of my head as I'm right handed. It was awkward to get the hair into the curler. I did accidentally put too much hair in it (more times than I'd like admit) and my hair did not get stuck nor did it get ripped out. So it does work exactlyas advertised. It just takes practice. Great tutorial. I just wish you showed how you did the back for those of us that aren't coordinated

Here’s a huge tip! Split your hair into more sections I have reall long thick hair and I split it into 4 sections and 2 strands in each sections but yeah!

Thank you for this. I have arthritis so it’s hard for me to hold an iron for a long period of time. My daughter does pageants and I need this to do her hair. Going to buy now. Without you I would never have heard of this product. Do you have any suggestions for a flat iron?

I love the price point. I am comparing the Conair (there is the battery operated one and standard one), Chi and now this one. I like that it’s easy to go back and forth in the direction that you are curling the hair. That’s one feature they don’t all have. I don’t want to have to reprogram it to do it (Conair battery operated one), or be stuck with just one direction. I am thinking I might just go to this one! Btw I’m obsessed with your necklaces, especially the lock one! Where did you get it?!?!?

when you’re pressing the right button do you insert hair at the front part? and when you press the left button do you insert the hair at the back part?

Hi! You always insert the hair the same way :) there is no front or back. Once the hair is in you decide which direction you want it to curl, which would be right or left!

I can’t answer the first two but for the third question I would recommend using a bonnet and looking up a tutorial about it I’m not that educated on it but that’s what people do to keep it overnight

Aimee Dacosta you can just put it in however! I do recommend curling away from the face towards the front though! For a better look

Hi! Depends on how long. I think it works best with hair that is only to middle of the back or shorter. If your hair goes down to your waist, I think it will still produce the same curl if you stick to very small sections of hair so that it can all fit inside the device. Hope that helps!

On the manual says that if hair is placed to the right of the barrel, use right spin button, and same with the left side. When I tried to do it like you said, alternating buttons without checking the barrel, it keep turning off. Does anybody have the same problem? Or it doesn’t matter the direction of the barrel, or is something wrong with mine? Thank you

I don’t have long hair so it’s very hard for me to tell! Some comments here say it’s been harder with long hair, but I recommend going to Amazon and reading the comments from women with long hair there! Thank you for watching!

This product works great for long and medium-length hair. The longer the hair, the smaller each section of hair. For hair that is over shoulder length, we recommend a section of less than 1 inch each time you insert your hair into the chamber to curl.

I don’t know if you noticed it while editing the video, but the sound is weird when you use your headphones. You can hear the speaking from one side and the background from the other side of the headphones. Its just a recommendation but it‘ll be better for your future videos if the audio would come from both sides since its uncomfortable to listen to it this way!

It doesn’t take long at all! And requires no effort :) with a normal curling iron it takes me 25-30 min to do my whole head, with this one I get it done in 15 or less! 🤗

Don’t use any heat on damp or wet hair

The customer reviews following the link you posted are hilarious. People are using it all wrong and getting their hair stuck in it, then warning people not to buy it. I couldn’t buy it anyway. It’s not available in the U.K.
