Beachcombing in Wisconsin! Beach glass, fossils and beautiful Lake Michigan stones!
This was a marathon beachcombing day at 5 stops along Lake Michigan in Wisconsin! I am moving back to my home state of Michigan so I had to hit the lakeshore before I left! So many treasures and a little bit of yuck too!

I live in the Green Bay Area and found your page a year ago. I always wanted to join you on your beach adventures. I go as often as I can. Because of your videos, I fell in love with beachcombing and was so thrilled to realize how much our area has to offer.

I haven't yet, I will be doing a video soon on some things that I have for sale in my etsy store. I have had to pivot a bit (in life!). I hope to get that video filmed in the next month or so! Thanks for asking!
The concrete conglomerate, geologists refer to as Urbanite. Lol

Urbanite! I knew there was a clever name for it but it was escaping me at the time! Thank you! 😊
🐞Are those red stones, jasper? Thanks. 🐞

I'm not sure exactly what stones you are referring to (there are a lot in this video!😊), but red stones can be Jasper. Some varieties of stone can take on a red appearance as well due to the mineral content. I wish I was more educated in the rock varieties. Still learning myself!
Have you been to Simmons Island?

No is it a good spot? The farthest south that I have beach combed is Racine, but I still have family near Milwaukee so I could stop there sometime 🤷🏼♀️
So 1 piece in Algoma?

I don't always film everything I pick up - usually the highlights. Algoma wasn't great due to algae bloom.
Wheres the glass?

If you watch all the way to the end, I almost always do a wrap-up (21:14) and you can see all of the glass.
