HELLO! Can't tell you how happy I am to have found your channel! Brings back years of memories walking beaches and those special dirt roads with rocky ditches. A sweet fun thing bringing family together hunting talking polishing and delighting in each other's finds. Also enjoy your photography of the beautiful nature out there. Must say I really smile at your enthusiasm and excitement in the hunt and your finds. It's been a long time to know of someone who truly enjoys rocks and such!!!! I already had subscribed but now just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your channel and will look soo forward to join you on your hunts. Many thanks!

Makes me wish i had known more about rocks when i was a kid combing the banks of the Boise River and the Snake River in Idaho. Not sure what i will find next time i go back in the summet.

Just an observation, that hilly shorline behind you is made up of red clay. You can grab a chunk of it and dry it out very slowly and make things from it.

I'm also a rockhound here in the northland and would love to compare some of my agate's and see what you think of my collection. Going to make a tabletop with most of them

WOW!! That is a beach that I'd definitely go back to see what else has been cleaned up. That is so awesome! Was there a storm or high winds out on the lake? Seemed to be throwing the waves up pretty hard.

I love seeing how excited you get about beach glass lol-I live off the Atlantic and would gladly trade my huge amount of beach glass for your minerals 😂 we have some agates and jaspers that are pretty but they’re usually very small and perfectly tumbled so hard to cut into slabs for cabbing etc. it’s so funny how especially with rockhounding/mudlarking the grass (glass) is always greener l,so
