Great content! I’m actually 0.5” shorter than you 😱 😆 😳. I bought a F750GS in factory lowered version. In contrast to you, I ride on the road in traffic. Dumping my bike in heavy, slow traffic is painful, embarrassing, and potentially catastrophic. Coming to a stop and maintaining balance, sometimes quickly, is my challenge. I think standing when I start and when I stop can help. I’ll begin trying that today. I’ll also practice the leg hook over the seat technique that you have mentioned. I think those are things I did in the past but have forgotten. I rode for 10 years on and off road, but recently returned to riding after 30 years. 😮 I need to relearn the short rider coping strategies that were natural to me as a young boy. Please offer your suggestions if you have a moment.
Oh my God I know the feeling I was just like you when I bought my BMW 750 gs. When I saw it the day after I bought it I start crying and I told myself what I am going to do. I couldn’t do anything . I just stand there and watch it. At first I decided to return back but it will not be there good choice so I decided to ride it at least sit on it. And suddenly I found you in KZread so you became my hero thank you thank you thank you. you saved me❤️❤️ I love to watch your videos over and over and over again thank you so much. Love from Sweden❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello! I just stumbled upon your channel last night and I am so happy that I did! I just recently started my motorcycling journey and am a short rider. My husband lowered my bike a bit while i learn to ride, but I do want it to go back up as it should be once I get better at it. Oh no!! I have to say, I understand how you felt and what you went through. It took me a while to realize it’s possible to comfortably ride any bike you desire, just takes determination and practice. I wish you the best and hope you find again your dream bike. Thanks for watching. 😁
You r awesome!
I felt the same with my first bike! That daunting feeling of "OMG this is way too tall!" - I had a DT125R (35" ride height) delivered to the CBT test centre, and although I passed my test, I was for a couple of weeks terrified to ride it. Getting up onto it was hair raising. Trying to kick start it, too... Ugh, with the choke under the seat it was so fiddly. It took a couple of weeks of taking quick spins round the block to get my nerve up to ride it properly in to work. I'd be hanging half off it at traffic lights with the ball of one foot on the ground.
Wonder Girl.
Awesome. Übung macht den Meister! - Practice makes perfect!
"Use those tools instead of shoving them at the back of the garage." Yes maam I will! Thanks for the videos, I always look forward to the next one :).

@JocelinSnow
3 жыл бұрын
Most of the training drills are very slow, and the damage result is usually scratches. The most damage I’ve done was in the NEBDR movie, a nice 45-60mph crash lol. The worst ones always start with, “I was going a little bit too fast and then.....” 😆
Hi, all possibilities used and I can't hear you well enough! Others no problem. You are not load enough... Greatings
