Ria I love looking at u preparing your recipes. You do make cooking look easy. You speak and each and everyone understand you. I have followed your recipe re fry bakes and it came out great. Please print a recipe book with all your recipes. Did you grow up in the West Indies. Most of ur recipes are of Caribbean background.
