I just get either mined on the midway maps or get spawn killed by another plane i never get to be in a plane more than 2 minutes but then have to wait half the match to get another plane

Saw a guy go 97-0 in a bomber on this map in Breakthrough a few nights ago. Tried using AA guns, did nothing to him as I was bombed over and over again.

@@Yeet-cy8tz yea cool realistic but its a bf game not a mil sim its part of why the game is dying Its super fun to try push a point and just to get 50 bombs dropped on your fat head by a dude in a plane over and over again while you literally can't do anything by yourself the (idk how to spell it) anti air launcher cant do shit without more than one person if the plane is full hp. The AA guns cant do anything to a good player the literal only way to stop a single dude from molesting your entire team is to get into a plane and do it yourself but thats easier said than done considering there is always at least 3 dudes just sitting on the respawn screen waiting to jump on it the second they get the chance only to die 5 seconds later And once you get into the plane you better put on your mf try hard pants because that dude has spent more hours in flying games than you have cells in your body Im over exaggerating of course but its a real problem in the game that makes it less appealing to new players and even returning players

I really hope instead of nerfing the bombers they buff the AA

AAs are actually amazing in this game. The lighter planes get shredded, but the heavy bombers take a while to shoot down. That is why a good pilot who knows how to use cover can counter the insane power that AAs have. Also... Flakpanzer can shoot down anything in seconds.

No, Ravic DID NOT snipe out anyone of BF V plane yet (in Beta he did if I recall by pure luck), the only guy who did it was Russkhof in full game, but it was also, 1 off chance of it happening. So no, don't even try to snipe plane pilots out, not worth it and won't produce results. Spent tons of hours trying to do that.

In reality, bombers WERE that OP. The only reason the Allies were able to land their normandy invasion properly was because their air supremacy enabled them to carpet bomb the shit out of German coastal defenses. The main reason why the Bismarck, Yamato, and Prince of Wales, the prides of Germany, Japan, and Britain were sunk, were aircraft. Hell, Biplanes shat on the Regia Marina at Taranto. Thats how powerful they were.

@@JenkemSuperfan They are shitty players. In WW2, pilots carpet bombing the enemy where they are weakest. Carpet bombing is part of the game.

As someone who mainly sticks to infantry, I can sort of see where these salty people are coming from. Unlike the previous Battlefields besides 1 there was normally a way to counter Planes such as every player could go engineer class and have some sort of AA weapon. Meanwhile in this game and BF1 there is only fixed AA positions that can be destroyed. That being said if your being killed repeatedly by aircraft and you have no physical way to counter it then tough luck for you. If they get killed once or twice that's fine but if you see someone on the other team consistently getting KD ratios of 50-0, 70-2, etc... And always carrying their team to victory then yes I would rage too. In the end you'll just end up killing the game because for example, in BF1 since I kept dying over and over again to the same people in aircraft I'll just stop playing the game entirely. Eventually it'll get to a point where nobody will be playing the game. I understand that your having fun and if you don't want to heed any of my advice, fine. Your money, your channel, your game. Do whatever you want just be weary of the consequences.

yeah, its not like pilots and tankers in a war have to also fight as front line infantry for their kills to count. It almost like they (and people that fill that role in games) practice to excel at fighting from their vehicle and not as an infantryman.

It's because if your dying over and over again from the same guy and you have no physical way to counter it. I mainly play infantry and the thing that made me quit BF1 was the aircraft. With little to no way to counter them effectively. Tanks I understand, there are plenty of ways to counter them as the assault class in geared directly towards countering them. But with aircraft? What can they do to counter them? Jump in a aircraft and try to fight a vastly more experienced player? Jump in one of the few AA emplacements which are also destructible? You may just argue well then they could just go to another server or do another game mode. But is that a really a valid argument. If you bought BF5 to play just tanks and aircraft why don't you play a game like Warthunder or World of Tanks. Don't be a opponent who consistently forces the entire enemy team to rage quit.

Your complaint is that early 20th century infantry with small arms can't do shit to enemy aircraft and need to rely on competent AA or air superiority, well you're kinda SoL, because that's how it was. It is simply a bad experience to get constantly killed by planes while knowing full well they can't do anything to change it. What are they to do? Suffer through this bad experience? Jump in a plane and try to take down a much more experienced pilot? Use the AA guns/vehicles that are objectively overpowered by aircraft? Quit a match that they spent time finding and loading into? Making other people go through bad experiences for one's own gain, pleasure, or no reason at all, is sometimes known as "oppression" but in the more common tongue, "being a dick".

I have seen next to no people complaining about planes being OP and whenever they do, like what I'm seeing in the comment section of this video are attacked hard and given the simple and flimsy justification of Gid Gud or "It's more realistic." In fact from personal experience from fighting people in the Reddit forums in BF1 they will go so far to ask for a Nerf of AA and eventually they will get it.

Ahh pilot rage... it legit takes skill (somewhat) to fly a plane and you know not die by enemy flak, and Dave is just playin how a normal ace pilot should play and he has actual teammates who can actually be communicative and work as an actual squads then there are people who just do nothing but sit on one part of the map and that’s it

Hahaha - I remember back in BF3 when everybody went for IR sight untill they nerfed it. Later it was TV missiles and spawn kills. Double flare use or jamming in a two seat helicopters. Fast double rounds shooting from tanks. Sniper single action shotguns. Automatic shotguns with HE rounds. Using MAV as personal elevator. Sniping players that just got into jets or helicopters. Spaming with grenade launcher. Oh boy - saltness never ends.

Samuel Peacock what if you load up the map within seconds a bomber hovers over you and your teammates and instantly kills you? Or how teammates don’t shoot down the planes even though their going 50-0. Assault needs a counter gadget for planes.

alik zarama n thats if it registers iv’e seen bullets faze through aircrafts/ enemies. And im not used to the massive drop with the panzerfaust. Sometimes I aim a little to high or a little low.

Fun fact about that bridge map: I’m pretty sure they blew it up and my grandfather was a tank commander in WW2 and he was there before it got demolished

Watching these videos back really brings into light how shit some people can be at things. Like how hard is it to A) Time your shots with either a Flieger, Panzerfaust or M1 B) Stagger your shots with flak C) Jump into a fighter and deal with the bombers

We had the same stuff even in BF1942. Instead of bitching and moaning people should just adapt their gameplay and use what's available to the fullest advantage. And yes, that is incredibly fun.

Seeing a lot of footage like this. Isn't this spoiling the game and turning it into a contest of racking up kills from the sky? Saying this as a fan of flying in BF and starwars battlefront too.

It's really cool to watch and I don't hate on him. He really is good at flying. But it's complete shit for the game. If the enemies don't have really good pilots also there is not much you can do

I love planes in bf1 and 5 since they create that atmosphere of bombs going off everywhere, danger everywhere, people dying next to you. Most importantly when they get shot down and land right next to you. I love flying them and being on the ground with them around.

I love the classical music you used in this video, seems very fitting

The game has just come out Dave and you're already going off. I've never been so proud.

These are the kinda pilots That help the ground players push forward and ease up defences. Great flying ace.

I've been dipping my toes into all of the planes in Battlefield 5 and having a ton of fun but it seems that some players out here can't handle the DANGER ZONE.

Its really good piloting skill and to be honest I would rage too if someone on plane KD 40-1. I had such situations in battlefields and what I found out, that usualy these plane whores are really bad players between infantry fights or other vehicle fights...and they really afraid pick real fights. So pretty much noobs in bf.

nope, seeing someone going 40-1 is absolutely fine, however seeing a guy with a 1.5 (or even inferior to 1 pretty often) infantry kd going 40-1 without even having to aim, killing top bf players and finishing with as much kills as a player like let's say stodeh (there are plenty more beasts on ytb and twitch but also ppsl not creating content so u don't know them) who trained rly hard to get good, to have insane muscle memory, extreme accuracy, great reflexes plus that are rly playing smartly well no just fuck off, it's not normal that these guys die bcz XXXXxR4nd0mN00bxXXXX flew over their head and just pressed a stupid button to drop bombs, and the worst is that when u say something in the chat they say "CrY mOaR KiDd, S0 mUcH sALt" lmfao, u are not ravic, get back to the reality, the reality is that u are a 1 kd noobs that needs aids to match with good players, as simple as that. A solution? increase the player count in game, give more planes to both teams, make taking down infantry harder so plane focus on dogfighting aka the only thing that takes skills with a plane. Ofc dogfighting is pretty hard so u need to be rewarded, make every kill on a plane count twice, when u kill a plane with one seat u get 2 kills, with 2 seats 4 ( i am not sure about the numbers tho, it's just the main idea, 1 seat 1 kill, 2 seats 3 kills can work too idk) so their kd don't look ridiculous in comparaison to infantry players to not hurt their ego (that would be a good thing tho, we will see who uses a plane to cheese and who uses a plane bcz he rly likes flying). This way, planes are going to be focused on dogfighting which is insanely fun but also takes skills, ofc they will still have interaction with infantry but not for farming ez kills, more playing a tactical role and occasionaly killing infantry and ground vehicles ofc.

Not exactly. I have been a pilot since battlefield 3 and even managed to just eek into top 1 percent of pilots globally in 1. However, people can be good at more than one thing. I will admit I'm shit at tanker but on ground, I'm usually pulling 50 kills or so a round. Moral of the story, you can be good at multiple things

Love the music that goes with some of these kills.

I feel that the battlefield community has some of the chillest and funniest people in the game

well I can understand when the AA gun is just crap with no range and overheat and you spawn bomb them like a noob but you guys would be the raging salty's if someone just keeps bombing you with no skill. But enjoy it as its getting a balance pass as we speak

Remember the game did not come out for every one on the same day so you need to level before you can unlock a lot of things and so some people are rank 50 already before the new wave of noobs even got the game

@@ShekelOverlords Fighters yes. Bombers not even close. The right bomber can kill an AA-Tank in one shot. An AA-Tank can not destroy a bomber before it overheats. Not even the Ostwind can manage to destroy a bomber that comes straight at it. This should not be possible. The AA-Tanks have enought drawbacks as is. Not being able to fulfill it's purpose can't be one of them.

Alezezbauz actually most people play bf as the role they are best and most comfortable playing and for ranger it’s probably planes so get over it I bet your a sniper who can’t hit anything and sits by the same tree each game

Alezezbauz I bet your that one person sitting in the first objective with a lmg bipod in bf4, or a sniper that camps the back of the map with a 40x, let people play to their strengths and anyway, vehicles are the main reason for many bf players to play the game. For me vehicles are the only reason to play bf1.

They are pretty bad. The spitfire is a solid fighter with a great turn radius, but the BF-109 has an insane arsenal. The mosquito is a solid choice as it is unique in playstyle that the Germans have no counterpart to. It is really similar to attack planes from BF1. The bomber has the biggest fuselage that you can rarely see where you are aiming unless you are flying sideways. That plus the Junkers is broken makes it sit in the German's shadows. OH, and the Stuka. Also unique as it is a dive-bomber, but it is good. Only good. Compared to the Junkers there is no reason to take it.

The real problem here is that the aa on most maps have very limited line of sights for hitting aircraft.With so many obstacles that block LOS like trees that eat up any flak shot or the fact that most aa emplacements are in a trench which gives it even more limited LOS for lot altitude attacks as well as also blocking shots or the fact that the guns overheat way too fast unless used by a engineer makes bombers very hard to kill in the spur of the moment, assuming you just dont get killed by infantry first.

first of all you showed that you have exploited many issues like how a plane can beat an aa in a 1v1 even though the aa was shooting first and actually hiting its target , the spawn kill , the exploitation of the limited shockpoints and attcking them over and over and the fact that players have only few ways to kill you , while everyone play with rifles you just grab and hold one of the planes for most of match and you dont let others to use them and because of your kind many players just gave up at going after vehicles because there is always that one person who keep clicking at the icon just to be the first to grab and then hold it for 40minutes . i dont consider you aces of vehicles but more like antifun players who go for maximum damage ways just to pump up that k/d . i deal a with a lot like you on planetside 2 with their 9k/d 100% on vehicles but there they have no chance because there is always a way to beat them , in arma 3 your race simply doesnt exist , so only bf and other easy to exploit games are left for your kind . so yeah its normal for peoples to rage because no place is safe , not even their spawn points .

Realism is their best defense, but ironically AA guns in this game need 30 connected shots to kill a bomber, in reality one connected AA shots can critically end the life of a bomber

Keeping it for himself + exploiting the game issues like weak AA guns and spawn bombing and limited shock points , i am sory but i don't see an ace here but more like those 9 k/d exploiters who play almost exclusively on vehicles and when they find none they do not spawn , instead they keep wating until one is available to grab it , this is how they play in every game with vehicles .

Do they still have an infantry only option or are you stuck to the "default" set up? Jumped off the battlefield wagon after battlefield 3 but that's what I did whenever I got tired of vehicles - just go to the infantry only mode for a while.
