IT's an irony that BF 1942 is more realistic then BF1, you can land the planes, and because they are old planes they are much harder to pilote, they don't have unlimited ammo, they don't auto repair magically in the sky...

Riiiite, in comparison I would laugh my ass off. Just the thought of what you think is hilarious. Let me guess you still think Runescape and Minecraft is amazing and is better then all the next generation games out there too. Like my dad for example he thinks like you. Loves old school and says nothing beats it. but when I show him future games he's just blown away by them. He loves to just watch.

Someone needs to make a whole retexture and remaster of this game.. maybe even complete new lighting and models. But obviously have it function exactly the same.

Yeah and actually you need only few days of practise to play in this way by the way :) But only if you know the secrets that you can control the rocket with keybord bottons and in the same time with mouse too :) That's very important to know, because the combinations between both is that you see in this video :)

You need to have your fucking eyes checked because there are sooo many embarassing inaccuracies(SMLE and MP18 for Soviets) and egriguous anachronisms (STG-44 in 1941).

Excellent Wasserfall Rocket piloting! I can never get it right and most of the time crash into a building or run out of fuel or someone destroys the control room with me still being in it.

Everything is a matter of practice. In fact, the best map for practis with rockets is (Mimoyecques), because it's huge and it gives you more time to maneuver (actually it's my favorite map of all). For start try to hit all the empty machines in your own park and then in the game these places will serve as starting points to orientation you . Any enemy machines close to these points will be able to easily see it and hit it. I"m good becouse using thes points i can navigate the rocket to any place on a map before see the targets, so that give me one or two sec. more than you have . You're welcome . In fact, I forgot to tell you that when you are inside the rocket-launcher , watch the radar. He can gives you a valuable information. The white dots that are moving are the flying planes. So you can direct a missile in the main direction without seeing them. If you see a fast-moving white point coming to you, this is the small jet-fighter. It does not danger at all to you, but if you see it a slow one, it probably is the bomber , so better quickly take cover outside of the launcher :) ( you can even see a droping pieces of destroyed planes) I also forgot to tell you that the rocket can handle it with both, the keyboard and the mouse. When you shoot the rocket, at first direct it with the keyboard, but when you see the target try to manage it with mouse becouse it gave you better control. You will see it's much easier to flying close to the ground without crash. Hope this info is of help, and good luck again :)

I did not notice the radar all this time when it was still there and I was also curious to know that can the Wasserfall be controlled by the mouse and keyboard at once but now you have made it clear to me but I will have to turn on fly with mouse option in settings. Thank You very much for this Ultimate Tip. BTW do you still play BF 1942 because the servers are up and you only need to install the GameSpy server patch and have Version 1.61 of the game(1.6 for expansion packs Secret Weapons of WW2 and Road to Rome). There is also a server for both expansion packs. A great deal of people still play this game!

In fact, they really existed, but due to high fuel consumption, they could fly for no more than 10 minutes. And the first plane with which the game starts (German), as far as I've heard, due to lack of materials was built partly of wood :)

Just a mouse and keyboard. The control is not difficult, but you need some practice and know the map well. That is all :)

I'm sorry, but since I have not played this game for a long time I forgot to tell you that in fact i put enough heavy object on (W) (in my case that is electric fuse), so the flight engine is always turn on and it allows me to manage the plane with the arrow keys and at the same time, with the right hand I use mouse that shoot, throw bombs and I can control flight too.So just in that way I can control plane at the same time and with a keyboard and with the mouse :)

haha that's a good question, because in fact I do it for the viewers. Just to make the game more interesting and I have time for more interesting hits. Otherwise everything would be over too fast, as in mine other video for Penemunde axis side, which by the way is a shorten version of this and it is very good too (I don't know why people watch only this one) So, if you watch the video where i play in a same map but for Alliance will see that i guard the flag to remain neutral for the same reasons:) Even when I play the game I am trying to arrenge it in someways in all of my videos. So just to win is not enough to record a good video. In one of my videos, I lose, but the game is so tense and intense, so I decided, it was worth to be seen. In fact, the most intriguing and interesting of all my videos ( at list for me) is (Market Garden), from the beginning of the game until the very end you can't guess how it will finish. So this is what I call a good game:)
