I like how this dlc gave us basically everything we asked for, we got new titans in mask, new gym leaders in disk, and they even fixed Gheeta's team!

Can we talk about the fact that all of them run partial competitive sets? Like I never expected this as a passionate vgc player I was shocked to see chlorophyll Sunny Day on crispin, dragon cheer on Drayton and fucking Trick Room on Amarys! Lacey was the easiest of the four but I'm pretty sure her Alcermie knows decorate which is broken! I appreciate the great work Nintendo

Her Alcremie does know decorate, so if you don't take it down quickly, her Excadrill will be likely to sweep your entire team

I half-expected the Unova Elite Four theme but when this played I immediately reminded myself that those guys aren't the 'actual' Elite Four.

One of the best tracks in the history of Pokemon. IMO AKA the battle versus the Persona Gang #2/The Breakfast Club🤣(DLC Team Star Bosses is Persona Gang #1) 0:17-0:28 The air of madness and confusion in this part captures perfectly how you were quickly thrown into a messy situation as an exchange student having to "fix the mess" and adapting quickly 0:50-1:04 DUN DUN DUN DUN! "Make your move trainer!" 1:08-1:19 The closest match to the Unova E4 (beginning part)

I agree. This is truly one of the greats. One of the best songs in the quarter century history of the franchise.

Now THIS theme gives the word elite it's meaning, it slaps hard and feels intense as hell, as it should, naturally.

It took me like, 4 tries to finally beat her, even though i had a level 100 Revavroom with the Poison Tera Type, easily the hardest BB Elite Four match

Lacey gave me the most trouble in battle; I needed two attempts on her. I started with her since I felt Fairy would be the hardest type to contend with. Then I did Drayton, then jumped down to Amarys, then finished with Crispin. My rationale was to start with the hardest and work down to the easiest.

Crispin: Fire? Imma cool you down! Amarys: My ace is fire-type so... Lacey: WTF IS THIS? THIS CUTIE KILLING ME (I have never trained poison or steel to against fairy type, also my main team contained a lot dragon and fire... ) Drayton: Barely passed with either he or I lost (no items). Lacey definitely caught me off-guard after all.

I was using my Original Team of Quaquaval, Armarouge, Toedscruel, Tinkaton, Lokix and Kilowattrel until Lacey mopped the floor with me... Alcremie Decorated her Excadrill and it was GGs. I wound up swapping Tinka and Toed for Gholdengo and Ogerpon and that's my main team now

Drayton is so cool! He doesn't care about school because he is Too Cool For School.

This had zero reason to go so hard but it sure did

I'm finished to battling all elite four members in Indigo Disk.

Thank god it wasnt the unova e4 theme Everone talks about how good the bw soundtrack is but people tend to forget that the songs that arent amazing tend to be very mediocre And before you lash out, the best part of the unova e4 theme is the part from another game
