I've got a design that has him look like a makeshift scarecrow from an old abandoned barn, with a burlap mask held by a noose, and a zipper on his mouth that releases fear toxin that is pumped into his mask. He wears a hat that has been eaten away with holes, but his eyes remain hidden from view in the shadows. He also weilds a rusty scythe, and is accompanied by a crow and two plague doctor minions...

Scarecrow literally looks like a plague doctor. What a genius design for him. Only second to his TNBA design with the noose.

The TNBA design will always be my favorite and this is definitely my second favorite

I love how Scarecrow's look keeps changing, I feel like it represents his evolution as a character and his own developments and improvements in his methods and fear toxins.

The way I see it, Scarecrow likes to change out his wardrobe to hit different phobias when he can.

As if Scarecrow wasn't already terrifying enough before, him gaining new powers just turned that *horror meter* wayyyyyyyyy up!!!!

Scarecrow is one of my favs so seeing him being stronger/get a new power is kinnda cool and a new look

Damnn... the art for Harley and Barbara here is soooo good.

I absolutely love Tynion and Jimenez, so seeing them do amazing work on Batman is just on par for them.

And a new character called "the Gardener"?! She could become a Rival to Poison Ivy.

Think she might actually be one of Ivy’s plant people spawn she tends to make.

The first shot of Barbara was like “I’m going to take a chip, and eat it!”

Dude batman and ghostmaker making friendly bets after they finish the job is so cute. Really happy to see bruce have his friend back (hopefully it lasts for a decent amount of time)

I like how Batman has a new buddy with Ghostmaker.

In my opinion this is the coolest scarecrow has ever looked and he’s had some bad ass designs previous to this

I love seeing my boy Scarecrow back at it again. Honestly one of the most underrated Batman villains. But ngl Ghost-Maker and Batman's dynamic is also really good imo like i love how of a "friendly" rivalry they have. Definitely not what i expected for Ghost-Maker but i really like it so far.

Scare crow looks like a sleep deprived bloodhound from apex. I f***ing love it.

The greatest mystery is slowly unraveling great details of the Batman universe.

This series has gotten better and better with every issue! Definitely can't wait for more! Also it is nice that we got to see Ghostmaker's face too!

This Scarecrow design reminds me of some of the armor/costumes Bruce had in his gallery in the 1989 movie

Ooooh those back branches look friggin epic! The hat and poncho? Styling! And that mask is trippy to look at. This is turning out to be a really interesting story so far. It has a lot of traits to a scarecrow story I enjoy, in which crane actually still acts like a professor in how he ‘teaches’ people, and doesn’t rely too much on the toxins and more on mind games.

I don't know what to say about the new scarecrow design, but I like his portrayal and I hope that he is the one in control in this team up.

Yeah, visually he reminds me too much of an anteater for me to take him seriously. I'm glad that these writers seem to have an idea of what to do with him though. Not much has been done with Jonathan in the comics as of late.

Jorge Jimenez art is amazing! Definitely my favorite! Variant Comics is 🔥! Great work consistently!
