I completely agree. Batman has always been an Urban-Ninja and Ghost Marker took that concept quite literally. Not only does Ghost Maker look so damn cool but he’s a Bad Ass as well. Definitely one of the cooler characters to join the ranks of the Batman-Family. Ever since I first found out about Him, I’ve been wondering how he would look in live action. Hopefully when WB gets their shit together that they’ll start utilizing characters we’ve never seen in live action. I can totally see someone like Ghost Maker live in the Matt Reeves Batman Universe right there with Robert Pattinson’s Batman.

Looks like secret identities are finally doing the job.

I like how we have a story where they finally address all the awful things Harley has been a part of when she was with the Joker. Her back story isn’t even tragic, she’s just a smart dumb tart who knowingly chases after a man who’s inability to love proves as an immature challenge for her, so she does whatever he wants like a puppy looking for validation.

Ghost-maker has the sword skills of Leonardo, the hotheadedness of Raphael, the annoying attitude of Michelangelo, the brains of Donatello and the training qualities equal to the four of them.

The introduction of ghost maker is very cool. The backstory is familiar enough where it doesn't feel repeatative and his belief is also familiar but not exactly the same. His executioner style is like Red Hood, his method is like Batman and his hate on crime is on par with Superman. He's a very intricate character

I like it how Ghost-Maker and Batman have the same goal but has different approaches to achieve that goal

I really love Ghost-maker. He's cool, he's skilled, and most importantly, he's Bruce's equal, and not his kid or soldier. Bruce needs an equal friend his age, especially when Alfred is not around. I'm glad he can help to protect Gotham with Bruce, hope he can stay longer.

I love Ghost Maker. Childhood friends turned enemies then allies always seemed fun to me. I'm eager to see more of him

The Ghost Maker seems like a great character almost like a redeemed Jason Todd or a young Alfred if he took up a mask. I especially like that we have someone who can meet Bruce on his level and talk to him like a friend instead of one of his soldiers or another Hero. Basically we have Batman if he were an Anti-Hero and this dynamic seems like it will be fun to follow.

DC needs to stop letting these writers create so many charecters. They are doing it for one reason, you know that right? Its not for the book, or universe. They just want royalties and for the charecter to get put in a game movie or show. Thats the only reason, tynion needs to be stopped.

Ghostmaker sounds like an amazing character. I love it when new characters come out of the unknown lore that doesn't retcon or go against the original story.

The ONE time Batman acts like an actual detective and links crimes to a killer doesn't make up for the million other times he neglected to do so. I like this Ghostmaker guy.

What makes a great enemy/villains : Great design. A reason for what they are/do. Excellent origin. Good skills, tricks, and powers. Their philosophy.

I remember thinking Azrael was a fresh take back in the 90's. Miss that.

I like that Ghost maker isn't JUST a killer. He's perfectly willing to do so, but he's also willing to take other measures, he's not like Red Hood who almost ALWAYS goes for the killing option.

Honestly in terms of which one is the worst killer, I would say ghost maker. They haven't showed him sever someone's limbs yet or even kill someone, he just say he does it and he is basically the same age as batman. Him and red hood are the same, he is just more mature and cool headed than red hood. Red hood often murders the shit out of people when he lose his temper. Otherwise he either kills people that deserve it or if he sees they deserve another chance he won't kill them. But now he is just another bat family character because he doesn't kill anymore because he wants to be in batman's good graces which makes sense cuz they family but still..it just takes away from his character.

yeah, I've seen people call him "just another batman that kills" but I see him as something different. To me he's more like a crimefighter but without a base code/or specific set of morals, almost a robotic mentality to his actions and how he should progress (he doesn't kill because madness or "criminals should all get murdered" but more for practical/if A's doing A then option B is available to be done if that makes sense)

I just wanna see Red Hood and Ghost Maker team up.

Jason is easily one of the best characters we ever got..He been around long enough we seen him grow up yet has in his prime and what he said after fighting those 4 ppl with Barman about him taking care of the ppl batman don't scare.

I didn't know what to expect from all this but it was pretty interesting.

Holy since you mentioned it, I think that might be very interesting. Perhaps, being Batman's Robin first, Batman turned very old and Ghostmaker take on the Bat's mantle and boom, Clown Hunter is his Robin.

Ghost-maker is Bruce. He’s a figment of his imagination. He can’t be heard or seen on video because he isn’t there. Every negative statement Bruce makes about Ghost-maker is something he believes about himself and all the things Ghost-maker says to him are all the criticisms other people have directed at Bruce during his crime fighting career that he’s subconsciously agreed with.
