Full walkthrough in (HD + 60FPS) quality of the game "Batman: Arkham Knight” (released in 2015). The game was played on Hard difficulty. Come to think of it, Batman was actually hinting at the arrival of "the Ghost" in some of his dialogue here.

Commissioner Gordon certainly did a good job of clearing the corruption within GCPD. I mean look at the GCPD in Arkham Knight compared to what it used to be in Arkham Origins. And speaking of clearing things up, good job clearing Gotham from the super criminals and good job on completing the game.

No, Edward Nashton is his real name. Edward Nigma is one of his aliases.

Toni Technaclaw during his first couple of appearances in Detective Comics that was his true identity but writers later change it. In the Arkham games however he changed his name as in the Assault in Arkham film and the character bios in most of the games it says Edward Nashton/Nygma/Riddler.
