I'll never do any updates on my home, but the ideas that you've planted in my head keep me thinking about what I should and could do. Honestly I kind of appreciate the shabby look of the worn out black. But the whole bathroom just looks so much wider in the end, love that!

The contact paper is interesting I will be curious to see how it holds up. It’s great to help you decide what kind of look you want. I’m doing resin on my countertops in the kitchen pours right over so doable. I can leave the ugly laminate in place. Congrats on 200k

I did my kitchen counter top over a year ago and it’s still looks great!

The transformation is amazing. I love that you started with an actual problem piece and not just a simple cosmetic change.

It was so satisfying to see you replace those faucets. It must feel so good to have such a fresh space in here. I'd love to see more thrifting and thrift flips. Like maybe a whole upcycled / thrifted room.

The transformation is *chef’s kiss*. I keep going back and forth about using contact paper in our bathrooms as a quick and temporary change… this video may have sealed the deal for me!

This was an absolutely astounding makeover! I was highly dietitian of the marble contact paper working, esp around the edges of the sink, but the outcome was stellar and probably the best contact paper results I've ever seen. You were right on point about the brushed bronze faucets warming everything up. The glazing/paint technique was so cool and one I've never seen before. I feel like I want to transform all my furniture this way now, lol. Cannot wait to see your while home transformed, each diy project is more amazing than the last. omg! 200k is a serious number! like an astronomical number -- I don't pass 100,000 strangers on the street in a calendar year but there are 200,000 human beings who know your name and have seen the inside of your home. That is bananas! I have always wanted to know: did you tell your parents? did you tell them before you started a KZread channel, after you hit a landmark that made you believe that you could really succeed at this, or did you wait until 9 months ago when you could do it full time without having another job? because the older generation never had jobs like this so it's super spooky for us when you children somehow turn what you love into a working income. I'm endlessly fascinated by contact paper and how it can change the entire look on a piece of furniture! They take dated furniture and give it a fresh new look! Amazing work and congrats on the 200K!! As for content feedback: I'd love to see more renter friendly DIYs as well as seeing if you have any tips for creating DIY rattan or bamboo furniture! I see such lovely pieces but they are always out of my price range and so I was curious to see what you could come up with with your incredible skills!
