Rock has lost so many, so young. Growing up Nu-Metal is what I came to love and while I still love the songs, it's tough to listen to without shedding a tear for those we have lost.

That song is so amazing. It gives you goose bumps. I swear to God, I cant think of another band with as many epic hits as these guys. Great reaction.

They always looked into political topics and made people open their eyes to the kindness and greed we all dismiss, one of a kind band and amazing lyrical/ musical talent

And everyone that watches Transformers will be introduced to this song, RIP Chester

Linkin Park was the first band I truly got into as a kid in Middle School and continued to listen to their music growing up (and still do now). They've helped me get through some of my darkest times in life, and continue to push me forward to just do more and help others. Got a tattoo tribute to them on my back too. This song always hits me hard because of Chester too, but it's a good reminder to just keep going.

RIP chester, marks 4 years+ after his passing. I really went a sad month after he passed 4 years ago. My all time favourite band since i was a kid since hybrid theory album which is by far the heaviest and the best album. Even when they went through changes and got into more pop i support them nonetheless because thats what true fans do and i understand when bands do changes every album, no one wants to hear the same thing in another album, might as well just listen to the album before that. So yea i understand the changes just that some people out there stop liking a band because the band changed sounds, might as well dont call yourself a fan then

Such a unique and powerful voice and paired with the fact that I grew up listening to them... Hearing that Chester passed.. it still hurts thinking about how we'll never hear his voice again in a new song. He is a legend and I will never forget him. It was the first death of a musician that really hit me. I am grateful I got to see LP live.

@@xDarkTrinityx same here except for the getting to see them live part, even when they came my country i wasn't able to see them live. The last time something make me felt that sad was a death of a wrestler. I grew up listening to the band as well and trust me back then i did not want to listen to any other band i listened to linkin park everyday (but its kind of a lie because i actually like and listened to other band just that i knew the songs just not the band name or atleast i forgot the band names for example bring me to life by evanescence i listened to it on and off but most of the time i played linkin park songs)

3:44 I was always shocked by this moment, especially as a child, when I first saw it, it became hard for my soul. The bird is all in the oil! Fumes from oil can destroy a living creature in a matter of seconds, and if you still plunge there, you will not get out of there. Very small and sorry that simple animals suffer because of us humans.

Linkin Park made a video about all the worlds problems and conflicts waaaayyy before any world leaders bothered to care about it. This is what you call ‘getting an audiences attention’ 😢

The really sad thing about Lincoln Park is they were considered a joke by a lot of people like the last 5-10 years before Chester passed away. They were always good but because their songs were featured in the Transformers movies people thought they were a joke. Only after his passing were most people like "Damn, they're good. Chester is amazing." Really unfortunate.

yeah a shame too, I never associated Linkin Park's music with the Transformers movies, as I have listened to the music on its own, and enjoyed the music.

This is probably my favorite one, makes me think back to my sins and that they can't stay at the back of my head. Just accepting what i've done and walking forward. It's just the most refreshing feeling, discomfort gone, just like the visual with the grass at the end.

This video and this song should be watched by everyone. And it's not fair that this video has less than a billion views.

Linkin Park songs you haven't done that I recommend you give a listen: New Divide Leave Out All the Rest (demonstrates more of Chester's softer qualities) Faint In Pieces (Again, softer side) Lying From You No More Sorrow and pretty much all of them. Linkin Park was just such an amazing band and Chester was such fantastic vocalist.

From my perspective, the song is about all the evils that Humanity has done to the Earth and to other humans. Political bullshit means that people in one place are LITERALLY STARVING TO DEATH while others have an overabundance and are even obese from overindulgence in another place (don't get mad, I DO know that some people just have zero control over their obesity no matter how their dieting habits are controlled; sometimes there are other health issues that keep people big when they really WANT to be smaller. My point was actually about the things we CAN control, but we decide not to control ourselves). There is inequality everywhere because of greed and we Humans are doing this not only to ourselves but to each other and every other living thing on Earth. We have to be able to forgive ourselves for some of that in order to move on and progress. BUT we have to TRY TO CHANGE so that things will be different and everybody will get a fair shot at life. We absolutely cannot keep going as we always have been. The planet just cannot handle it and we are killing ourselves off in droves. We NEED to change things, but the political powers-that-be REFUSE to let go because they are all power-mongers, too much is never enough for them. Time to oust the old and start with something that won't kill everybody eventually.
