Hers a basic video highlighting the ELECTRICAL information regarding seizures in dogs and cats!
Now, the more appropriate term for the “tonic-clonic” or “grand mal” seizure is a “generalized” seizure. That way the neurologist don’t come at me and beat me with their reflex hammers! ;-)

I appreciate the info. How should pet parents respond during the Ictal & Post-Ictal Phases?
My Service Dog was just diagnosed with fly biting type seizures. She’s been having them almost daily. We are working on meds for her to see what works, but it seems she’s probably going to have to retire! 😢
