Don't worry.... Every sponge cake sanks a bit after taking out of the oven/stove....It's normal.

convective mode 1st pre heat in 180 nd bake the cake for 25 minutes approx

I tried it and it just finished in a moment! Trust me, the recipe is a bomb. Even though it wasn’t red but completely purple but who even cares about the colour when the food is good😁 Ps. I had a small mould so Couldn't add the whole batter but i made pancakes with the rest of the batter which was tastier than the cake😛 And pro tip: try to use chocolate essence it makes the cake more rich Thank you for your time😊
