Also, my LMT has a tighter turning radius than my SMT10 to the point that it's pretty squirrely so it definitely doesn't need 4WS. However... 4WS is scale and fun so a video on how to potentially incorporate that would be great. Keep it up Kevin!

Nice video, thanks for the tips. You brought me around 95' to the ESP Clod Chassis. Later i read your review about the Juggernaut in 99. Smiled always about your nik name Hinge Boy. Btw i'm from Germany and here is it difficult to get a Losi LMT. But still on it to get a roller .

Thanks for all the great tips. I know you as a solid axle guy so I can't really give you any advice on future videos outside of that. I also run a brushed SMT10 with the RH designs SWB kit so I'll any advice on that. I would definitely like to see you do a LMT video catered to backyard bashers who are solid axle fans but not really worried about racing or freestyle as it pertains specifically to competition but reasonable scale realism. I'm going to try your lowering shock towers for bashing, but I know printed parts have limited durability so I we'll see how she goes!

There's no other info. I mess with the setup of my vehicles and learn from them. I rotated the diff and changed the motor rotation because it made no sense that the motor had to be run in reverse. I tried it and found that my truck with the stock power system tracked straight after that.

Awesome video, with lots of great info!! There is one thing I'd like to add, and I hope it helps someone out there.. I'm running the same JConcepts Tribute wheels, along with the JConcepts Aluminum 25mm wheel adapters. When I went to mount up the wheels nothing I had worked, I tried both the MIP and Protek 8mm nut Drivers. I also tried looking for a thin/walled 8mm socket at my local Hardware and Auto Parts store with no luck. After digging around online, I eventually found a part that worked. I went with a Traxxas 8mm Speed Bit 1/4 inch nut Driver/Glow Plug Wrench [Part number 8719-80] . This fit the JConcepts Aluminum adapters using UnFlanged wheel locknuts, I did grind a tiny bit off the outside edge of the bit to make things go a little more smoothly, but it works great!! Another great thing is, the bit's relatively inexpensive, around 12 bucks.

Get a 550 motor (because that's what the truck is designed around) and stick with a name brand like Spektrum, Tekin, Team Orion and so on. When it comes to KV, you can get one with the highest rating and tone it down if need be. If you get a motor that's too slow, you can't speed it up. I run a 4300Kv motor in my LMT and I'm happy with it's speed and power. The LMT RTR has a 3150Kv motor and I'm also happy with that. The Kv you pick is personal preference in the end. Ask that same question in a Facebook group (for example) and you'll get a million different answers.
