I have a few videos about printing with ABS. The most important thing is to keep the door closed at all times. You must have the heat of the printer inside the cabinet or else you will have problems with your print. Also, make sure to use a good adhesive on the bed. Filabond or hairspray will do a very good job on Kapton tape, else you can use BuildTak which is even better for ABS. With the standard nozzle and extruder you won't be printing very well with flexible filaments. I have rebuild my complete machine so that it now has a different extruder (for flexible filaments) and an E3D V6 nozzle which makes the printer so much better then it originally is. Also I changed the motherboard and even the steppermotors. Made a CoreXY printer out of it, just using the housing of the Da Vinci Pro printer.

I seer you are using xyzware pro, what printer are you using in this video? pro seems to have a lot more settings that would be usefull on my printer. I ask because I have seen you use a 1.0 printer like mine, does pro work with the 1.0/1.0a printer,

XYZWare for Pro comes with the XYZPrinting Da Vinci Pro 1 and I believe the software will only work for this printer, not for any other Da Vinci printer. That said, the software is very limiting and I switched to Simplify3D (paid software) to have more options.

Hey my filament broke into two pieces in the white tube leading to the extruder, how do I remove it safely

Bad luck, you have to remove the drop in cartridge and remove the stuck filament but you also have to look for the reason. Most likely the PTFE tube is wrangled or bend. You can find a lot of information about that on Thingiverse in the Da Vinci User group.
