@@UR_Right24 not a bad guess at all - the area is very nice. I agree with you on the sq footage though, I've seen properties nearby with almost double the sq footage for half the cost

Maybe just get a 3-axis gimbal (I’ll send you one). Transition are great, along with shot sequence. Would love to have seen more of a lifestyle element, but cinematography and handling of lighting, music, etc. we’re surprisingly above grade.

Le jardin est très mal utilisé, pas de pool house, pas vraiment d'espace pour flaner le long du lac, la piscine est belle mais cet espace est vraiment gaché

Up keep and maintenance would be about 200k a year. Taxes are probably 100k a year. Heating and cooling another 40k a year. Also buy a 200 ft yacht. Really piss away money

hey, the prop taxes on this house dropped 43%. it went from $146,250 to only $83,775. totally affordable.

Enough with the fast zooms, it's giving me a headache and an instant dislike of the property

I don't know. The building is gorgeous. The word "stately" comes to mind. But there just seems to be something aesthetically incongruous about that honkin'-big, glow-in-the-dark, swimming pool. The building conveys a sense of old money, but the cement pond suggests that the last residents were the Beverly Hillbillies.

Crazy to say but the interior has rather cheap finishes.
