Beautiful home only one thing that's a note of concern, Did you notice that large stain running down the roof from the chimney. As if they had a chimney fire flashing something is going wrong with that. That needs to be checked out. it's ok it's ok ya it’s a stain. Probably from the patching around the chimney/vent. But your right that did it for me I’d never live there😂 But I really want to know what’s hidden in the pool room. To narrow to play on the table.

$6 million is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. Obviously the house isn't worth that but there's a ton of land that comes with it, not to mention it's only a 35-minute drive from Pearson. If you tried to get a house half this size in the city you'd be paying at least double

You have a P.A. who drives and picks it up for you. As well as doing your grocery shopping, and getting your packages from a locket, etc. If you can afford this property you definately can afford to full-time employ a Personal Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. As well as a few maids. Landscaping, etc.
