I am a Army Veteran, and I served 5 years Active-Duty, deployed to Iraq twice. I got out the Army in 2009, and now I live in Uptown Suites, and they are almost like this room in the video! I feel so much better now! And I also feel safer here, rather than having a house where everybody and anybody can drive up by your house and park outside and watch your house. I don’t want to have to think of having to shoot someone and be paranoid if they try and break into my home every night. That would be stressful having that awareness.

@@ezraelreynolds3442 The Marine's training is 3 months compared to everyone else's 2 months. Each branch has it's own specialty. For each specialty things change. Wow I thought the barracks would look depressing, but it's actually a decent place. Maybe I was thinking how a barracks from 1930 or 1920 would look like.
Hey Austen! I really like this video man, it's awesome and funny as heck. The Apple juice, German tea cup to hitting your head on the wall was pretty funny... I found the video helpful man and thank you for it, as I'm trying to get in the Navy. Please tell your boy Lewis he was awesome as someone that spoke clearly. He seems like he was use to being interviewed because he was so precise on what he wanted to say as a answer. The barracks are nice, as I really think Lewis seems to be somebody that is imsperasional to me. Here I kinda thought my career in the Navy may suck if I pick Pac Seaman and seeing how Lewis was Seaman and now he is MA is pretty cool, as MA, RP and MC were rates I would have chose if my ASVAB score was higher. Once agian, I thank Lewis and you for the vid!

@@AustenAlexander Well I go to MEPS Thursday and then I will really know. I score two points above the passing score on the ASVAB, so my jobs are going to be limited. I didnt want to waste my third time failing it agian because then I would have to wait 6 months to retake it. So I'm just going to go in and give what ever job they give. Highly likely it will be PACT and retake after I'm in to get a better rate. I should pass my physical since I dont know what would be wrong with me getting in. Does it sound like a good idea I'm doing or a bad one? I would definitely get in touch with Lewis.

if you're in a hurry to go in then it sounds good to me. If you're not in a hurry then you could easily wait and score higher on the ASVAB. Your call though.
