The world needs more Boss cars!! Build it! Would be awesome to see it become a road worthy beast again.
As a Mustang owner you can see the beauty in this vehicle before any work was done. This one is special.
Would love to see you build it up completely! Amazing work as always.
It hurts to see what was once a nice car in such bad shape, so I'm glad that you have it and it'll see the road again soon! Definitely would like to see a full build on this. I have no doubt whatsoever that you can do it and make it better than new!
You got your hands full on this one but from watching you on your past builds it's nothing you can't take care of thumbs up 👍
Hi from New Zealand. I would like to see you fully build this Boss. I really enjoy your work. I also appreciate the way in which you keep your work area so clean and organized!
You're absolutely right. I think all of us would love to see you build this Boss out. Your attention to detail is admirable and I believe a complete build on your channel would be AWESOME 🤟🏻🤟🏻
Love a 70 Boss 302! My older brother had a 70 Grabber Blue Boss No PS No AC with 3.90 Detroit Locker rear end...what a F N Beast!
Enjoyed your video of the tear down. Lots of work ahead of you but worth it.
Glad I could help you find this BOSS 302 for rebuild.

Build to stock v.i.n. Just to show that it's possible to buy the. Parts. Then. Sell it. Great. Advertisements for your channel and brand
Great to see someone look at a tired and worn mustang and see what it can be, what it will be again.. My very heartfelt respect to you.
I'm so happy you are back! I was having withdrawls. Great work keep it up. Charles from Vancouver Island Canada.
This should be another real beauty. Amazing talent.
While I love the restomods, since it's a real Boss 302 I'd vote for the factory restoration. Too few of these still exist

Sadly, that still makes it not original, so, it lost its originality a long time ago!
1st yellow BOSS 302 I ever heard of, cool!
I love what you do with these Gems in the rough. I have probably seen that BOSS 302 when I lived in Iowa and Yes, that is what the Salt and Chloride do to a Car in Iowa. I grew up in Cedar Rapids, I had 2 1966 Mustangs, a 1973 Mustang, a 1966 Fairlane, a 1971 Ranchero. Not all at one time, but I did have them. One 1966 Mustang was my first car and I had it for 33 years, both 66s were coupes. Back in the late 80s early 90s there was a Red BOSS 302 sitting on the ground, driveline completely removed, it was in Whittier Iowa, but disappeared. I also knew a guy that had a 1968 Selby and a Cal Yarborough Special, he also had 2 door 1964 wagons. I almost feel like a part of this BOSS 302 as it was sold in my town. Out of all the Mustangs FORD made I wish I had an original 1969 BOSS 429, never gonna happen, but that is what dreams are! Yes, the State of Iowa and many other states use, not only salt and salt brine to treat winter roads, but also Chloride to keep sand from freezing in the middle of winter. I know as I used to work in the Iowa Highway Maintenance shop and spread that crap on road for many years. Chloride was the Rust maker and salt helped. Many cars would rust out on the drivers side worse than the passenger side because of the fact, mixtures were put down more toward the centerlines, and traffic would splatter that mixture over the drivers side. Good Luck and GOD BLESS!!! I'll be watching!!!
Always fun to watch someone else having fun tearing down, now comes the long hard part
Looking forward to seeing such a classic come back to life.
Fully build back to spec. Would be awesome. It is good to see someone bring back to life something as damage as this car, hate to watch them gone.
I drive a '70 fastback from 1980 till 1997. Sport mirrors, a/c (that didn't work) and 351C- 2v with the FMX auto. Gold with Camel interior, but not a Mach l. Loved that car and wish l still had it. The 1970 is my favorite body style. Ford got everything right, aesthetically speaking, that year. Woud love to watch an entire build up on this car.
Definitely rebuild it. It would be awesome to see!
Amazing find, bring em' back alive, Dr. Frankenstein.......
I like the idea of factory, but if it's going to be driven a lot I'm all for safety upgrades, such as brakes.

@@theodorebowers9737 , magazine tests from back in the day will tell you that the stock brakes on a Boss works much better than you may think. Even on those crappy 60s tires, it was able to do 60-0 in a shorter distance than a lot of modern cars.
Totally awesome, I love my Boss 302 they're a serious road machine 🤙
"too far gone" just isn't in your vocabulary! And yes please build it to completion!!
The video was excellent and "hat's off to you" for finding an original Boss 302 👍 Did anyone else have a problem with lack of sound when he was talking ?
Would love to see it built! I’m building a 70 cougar eliminator right now.
It's just good to see you putting out content. It's always amazing.
The work you do is amazing. Can’t wait to see how it turns out
My vote would be for a restomod, but with a heavy influence of the factory Boss 302 Trans Am build documents
Thanks for taking the time to save them
Nice work! love the BOSS!!
Congrats on the find. I found and bought a 70 fastback mach 1 project car, practically complete. Im so excited!!!
Love watching you save these cars. Would be awesome to build this one!
Yes please build the car.. its a keeper.. full video set
If this car can be saved mine definitely be saved to!

Man if that Isn’t the truth!
I like the idea of an new engine built from original block and heads, all new 4 wheel disk brakes and front suspension, super fancy interior, and amazing paint job. I'll stay in touch and see what you do!
One of my favorite Mustangs. A local man has one the same color and it does have the rear window louvers and rear spoiler. It has the chrome Magnum style wheels. It is always spotless when he takes it for a spin. Great find and now it's in great hands.
I’d love to see you build up the boss
Would love to see the rebuild and making a vintage Boss 302 engine!!
Definitely Would be nice to see the progress of the full build.
Good luck with the project. Thanks for the insights.
You're a braver man than I for using jackstands---as rusty as the structure of that car is, I'd be afraid of bending. I'd definitely go for stock, as restomods are so common nowadays
Build it sounds great 👍, love Ford blue floor
Right on Ben. Keep it going. Looking forward to future videos. #savingtherustbuckets
When I was in high school, I had a teacher who was into Mustangs. He ordered the first Mustang sold by our local dealer, a 260 automatic coupe. Although he had a physical handicap, his next one was a '66 GT fastback, 289 hi-po 4-speed. He followed that with a '69 Mach 1, 351 4-bbl, 4-speed. His last was a '70 Boss 302 in Medium Lime Metallic. He added an interior decor group, shaker hood and spoiler. Three years later, he married and traded the Boss on a new '73 Ford pickup.
Keep those front fenders. They're different than stock. Owned two Bosses.

I'd love to see a full build. As for the Boss, I would keep it as original as possible. The color, the options it had, and most of the parts that can be saved except for the brakes, suspension, and engine. Since it doesn't have a powertrain, it's better just to make it a fun daily driver.

I have a motor and transmission From one of these in my garage. And no they are not for sale! Spent my youth in junkyards buying muscle car parts. Now I do this in my spare time.

I'd love to see it get built! Bringing a Boss 302 back from rust would be a great story.
Glad We found ya! We are Dodge Boys but love ALL old Cars!
Definitely back to factory. It would show people what it took to build these cars, what these had as far as motor seats and so on. It would teach someone what to look for if they are building one.
Who doesn’t love a Boss 302? Should be a nice car when done,.
Well YA got me hook Bud, SUBBED !!!! My first car was a 65 coupe I spent 2 1/2 years restoring! Looking forward to see how this girl turns out. Should be a neat journey.
I’d love to see the step by step build of this
Love your work! Keep up the videos
Definitely restore it back to to stock! My own Boss 302 was built one month after yours (4/70) and was also originally yellow (now Grabber Blue).
Yes...!!! Would Love to see this 302 Built Out...by You!!👍,
Love to see you do a complete build
You do a icon job to save these Mustangs cars👌Build it up please🙏
Yeah would love to see a complete build of a 70 Boss 302.
Can't wait to see it when you get through with it
I agree with some of the others rebuild it! They aren’t making any more
Hi from Australia. Love your work mate build it up so we can see the finished car all original.
This guy is talented
Love your channel I’d love to see this boss built from the ground up
I agree building it would be the way to go
Rough is beyond a statement, but I know they make everything for those cars. Ronnie.
Nice work.
Damn that thing was sitting in a field or under a tree! Compared to my mach 1 mine is brand new! That's a lot of work good luck!
I may be the only one here that would like to see it set up as a Trans Am Boss. Good luck with your car.
Yep build it and good luck God bless
Factory!!!!
very nice car
Complete build please with a numbers close matching engine. Look forward to future
I thought my 70 Mach 1 was bad, good luck mate 👍
Yes please
Back to factory of course. A few under the skin reversible mods would be fine. I love the yellow.
My first car was a ‘65 Mustang. I currently own a 2013 Laguna Seca and I’ve often thought that it feels like a well done resto-mod of a 60s muscle car. Since that car is pretty rough and without so many original parts, I’d vote for modern drivetrain/suspension... Consider the modern Boss 302 drivetrain too - with the addition of an MGW Race-Spec shifter and McLeod RTS Twin Disc clutch the transmission is golden with the stock 444 hp... Good luck whatever you decide!!
I'd love to see you build it
Real score😊
Well, the glass looks good.
I would so love to find one like that to build
I think you should build her!
Yap
amazing that mirror is still attached to the windshield after 50 years
Got to be back to original, too much of a classic to do anything else to her, she deserves it
My neighbor had a yellow one with the spoiler and window slats , center console with black interior

Build the Boss !!!
Build it!!!
Great find. I say keep going with it. If it was me I would look for a new Boss block, stroke it, and put some small chamber Cleaveland heads. keep the rest original with the exception of a five-speed.
I'm subscribed I would like to see more good work
I feel good about the one I'm restoring now ! Lol
Man that thing is loaded with tin termites. I was lucky. I restored a 70 Boss 302 and it did not require one piece of sheet metal.
Man she’s definitely rough but can be brought back no problem. She’s a real Boss so personally, I’d bring it back to either concours driven or at least restored back to original. If you’re gonna restomod it, go for a regular 70 they apparently made over 150 thousand 😂
A boss is 302 block with good port head's 351 Cleveland.. I hope one day grabber blue 69 Boss 302!!
How long in real time Sir? Great work...you know them inside and out! Amazing!
Sweet car but holy Swiss cheese Batman! You got your work cut out (literally) for you. Good luck! Can' wait to see the final results.
if you build it, they will come. My dream car since the 1970s.
Restomod! Since the original drivetrain is missing and almost all of the sheet metal has to be replaced, at best it would only be a clone of its original self. Try to get the drivetrain out of a modern GT350 or GT500 and as unobtrusively as possible, put in the best suspension and brakes available.
true-no mods thank you.
