You guys are so supportive of Barkley for saying what he said about MJ, and I agreed with what he said, it’s true. That’s something Barkley should have said in privacy to MJ, not on the air with TNT. I’ve had unpleasant conversations with friends, but they were heartfelt, and I would never publicly chastise them for self gratification. That’s why I understand why MJ was so furious at Barkley for saying that on the air.

Golf overshadows all

That’s not what Chuck said…he’s lying. He was much more harsh towards those people.

If you see that Oprah interview with Barkley and MJ. Barkley kind of treats MJ like shit it’s not surprising they aren’t friends anymore.

Oh I’m sure being MJ’s public punching bag for years was MJ being nice. You know there’s no video of MJ being nice to Barkley at all. But there’s plenty of MJ mocking Charles weight, golf swing, lack of championships for the whole world to mock Barkley. Yet the moment Barkley bites back it’s his fault?

Charles is right. Michael is weak minded and can’t be told he’s wrong. I mean he was talking about his ownership skills and was right. Jordan has been terrible.

😂😂😂😂😂The greatest basketball player to ever play the game, probably one of the greatest athletes the world has seen, and who won championships in college and the pros?! Weak minded?!?! Bahahahaha!!!! Barkley gets paid to talk about guys like MJ, n thats what hes best at. Its very hard to win in the NBA at the highest level. Charles of all people should know that. Especially with Charlotte being a small market franchise.

Here's why Barkley is wrong. Friends don't go on national TV and criticize a friend. You offer your criticism in private. Let's just say Jordan hired 6 people who were either going to be coaches, front office personal or any other position. Everyone of these people are now considered incompetent because Barkley says he only hires friends. Let's say 2 of them are great at their jobs. It doesn't matter. Since they were friends of Jordan's they are automatically incompetent because Barkley says so. I can see how Jordan would be forever angry with Barkley.

@@myballsitchsomethingfierce6319 Those "friends" are Charles Barkley level kind of friendship with Mike. Most of them were his best friends. And Mike had this certain kind of loyalty to the people he grew up with and trusted. It was an attack on him. Like what he said on The Last Dance with SI, He wasn't interviewed for that. If they did then they can talk about it ( Bag it , Michael cover). He should have spoken to Mike first. Mike loved this guy. Hope they make up.

@@b9479 They may not after a few years apart you start to realize you can live without a person you once called friend. They will probably speak and hug if they see each other but I doubt Charles will be invited to MJ's cookout.

Yeah Chuck u f’d up lol u had a billionaire friend who flew u out on his PJ to play golf after a loss and u criticize him on national TV. Friendships like dat don’t grow on trees lol

These "kiss ass friends" were Jordan's older brothers Larry and James "Ronnie" Jordan, Fred Whitfield and Buzz Peterson. Charles Barkley crossed the line. He publicly insulted Jordan's older brothers and his long time friend Fred Whitfield and Buzz Peterson that work for Jordan. Barkley is also jealous of Jordan and thinks Jordan and him are equals but they're not.
