Baritone Ukulele Fingerstyle Tutorial: What A Wonderful World (w/ playalong)

Музыка

Hello! Today I'm sharing a tutorial and playalong for my baritone ukulele fingerstyle arrangement of "What A Wonderful World." If you just want to play along with the tabs, skip ahead to 10:50! Before that, we'll warm up by reviewing the notes in the C major scale. Then we'll practice a little bit of the song's melody alone. Next, we'll play through some of the song's chords alone. After that, we'll play through chords and melody of each section, talking through the challenges of each section. I hope you find this video fun and helpful!

Beautiful! I watched your 10 chords progression too. Your hymn along is amazing. I did not know the chords could have that clear match to vocal.

That was great thanks. It looked difficult to start but once you dissected it, all became clear and I just got through it. Its a great way to try new chords. Thanks again.

Wow, thank you so much! This is only my second tutorial trying to explain an instrumental arrangement, so I’m definitely still trying to discern the best way to convey the information in this medium. So that’s very encouraging! So glad you enjoyed.

This is beautiful. Just about to buy a baritone, I much prefer the sound of it and a low g tenor. However I'm 8 weeks not playing with broken fingers so reckon it'll be a few more before I start

I've just recently discovered both versions, great job by both of you! Okay, this version is maybe prettier, but yours has a trumpet solo - which I never imagined seeing in a ukelele tutorial 😄
