Yes, you can find flamenco bars in La Viña and Santa María districts, and also in San Fernando (the most near village, 10 Km of Cádiz) in a very famous typical restaurant called La venta de Vargas (its the flamenco dom) but if you want to enjoy better come here in February during Carnival.
