Hello, I have same problems you do especially the winter months, and stay 8n too much,always feel better going out,I'm alot older,but still struggle with this, the video is so beautiful, I try to take several trips January, February, some of March, it helps alot,I love the ocean ,warm weather.This seems to help, take care,such beautiful ideo,thank you ❤️

I absolutely love your vlogs, I love love Spain. I can't wait for the chance to go back. Last June and July I was in Alicante and surrounding cities (Altea, Benidorm, Calpe), I highly highly recommend to anyone! Please make a video speaking Spanish! a small tip about the sarah j maas book you're struggling to get into, all of her books have a much slower start than what you would expect and sometimes you feel like nothings happening for the first 150 pages of the book but its always so so worth it, I'm sure you're going to enjoy it , but keep in mind before reading book 2 you should read her other series ACOTAR, its crucial for understanding the ending of book 2 and all of book 3 :))

Yay another Lou video 😍 and Masha! She is so cute love that kid 🦮🏖️💛 I’m the same I love to go to the beach I’m a half an hour away (in southern CA) too but with traffic it’s an hour away 😅😅 lol and if you like Rio de Janerio body sprays and cremes I would recommend the pink dragon fruit one it’s very adjacent to La Collie Noire in my opinion 🌸🍋💕 also love your beach recommendations and French countryside/toile print bikini so cute!…I I also have the same make up bag in the same color from Amazon too! 💜 we are def on the same fashion page lol

I wish people understood 2 things. 1, There is NOTHING wrong with being fair skinned. We arent pasty, or pale. Those are words to describe people who are ill. 2, tanned skin is damaged skin. There is no such thing as safe tanning. Darling, I know you grew up in Mexico. Your ancestory is European. The SPF number is how much longer you can be outside before you burn. Im out for 10 min and I burn. So, SPF 50 means roughly 8 hours . Thats without sweating at all and zero playing in the water. Please PLEASE be careful. Ive lost friends and family to skin cancer.

I partially second this. 1 . That’s not what 50% SPF means - 50% means it’ll block 98% of sun rays but you have to reapply every 2 hours to stay protected and yet ou still have 2% Sunrays coming through which is why adding a UPF/Hemp clothing on top can help protect further. It doesn’t mean you’re protected for 8 hours at all. 2. Exactly, She’s European, not ethnically Mexican or Latina, she’s not tanned by nature for obvious reason and there’s no point damaging the skin for what isn’t natural. My husband also sees himself as too pale, he prefers to get tanned but I’m always pasting him with SPF because I want a healthy husband more than a “tanned” husband. I keep telling him our kids will be naturally tanned anyway since I’m a black woman so he can live his best tanned life vicariously through them.

@@VBoo459Spf protects you from the sun, its isnt preventing your skin from getting a tan!🙄 Youe skin still gets darker when you apply Spf bc you produce more melanin.. just not as fast as if you are not wearing Protection (and than you obviously damage your skin & run danger to get sunburn instead of a tan) Sun protection is stopping your skin from turning red not from turning brown
